Ruben ("Samuel") Sachs is an Anglo-American Film Producer, Studio Executive and patron of film and television with an illustrious career spanning over 35 years, with no signs of slowing down.
Sachs started his career as a Photographer, Assistant Set Designer and Sculptor and enrolled at the famous École des Beaux-Arts in Paris.
However, he left the college without graduating and his life took a change of path when he worked as a Junior Analyst first in London and then on Wall St for Morgan Stanley and later, JP Morgan. It was at this point he decided to combine his creative talent with his skill for business and produced his first independent film.
Since then he has produced, financed or co-funded over 55 films and sold the IP for many television shows, movies and game shows, many of which have become household names in over 26 countries.
He was worked with stars such as Mel Gibson, Denzil Washington, Nicole Kidman, Sofia Coppola, Luc Besson, Guy Richie, Sharon Stone, Michael Mann and David Duchonvy.
He is a patron of several animal rights charities and an active advocate for climate awareness.
