NCIS, Season 10, Episode 10: “You Better Watch Out”
Written by George Schenck & Frank Cardea
Directed by Tony Wharmby
Airs Tuesdays at 8pm (Et) on CBS
No one wants to feel left out, especially during the holiday season. A simple sense of belonging is part of what comprise the Christmas spirit. So it’s only natural that NCIS partakes in the tradition of devoting an episode to the time of year when the desire for unity, grace, and compassion are in the forefront of our minds and the fulfillment of those wishes warm our hearts. Robert Wagner guest stars and kicks off the festivities in a merry fashion, dropping by to make amends and start the new year off right.
It’s hard to tell who is having more fun: Robert Wagner, playing the father to Michael Weatherly’s character, Tony; or the the character Wagner plays, who delights in every visit with the team.

Our NCIS review broke down "You Better Watch Out," last week's episode of TV's #1 show, in detail.
Now, TV Fanatic staff members Steve Marsi, Douglas Wolfe and Eric Hochberger have assembled for our weekly Round Table Q&A discussion of various events and topics from this solid installment.
Join in as we analyze the return of Tony Sr. and many other aspects from the episode ...
----------------------------------
1. Describe this episode in one word (or two, or three, or four).
Steve: Lighter and often quite funny.
Doug: Touching.
Eric: Surprisingly tender.
2. Favorite quotes or scenes from "You Better Watch Out"?
Steve: I loved Tony Sr.'s arrival at NCIS and immediate hug/greeting of Ziva, plus chastising Tony for not inviting her over. Also, Tim's back-cracking attempt and trip to the dump both killed me.
Doug: Oddly, it was the scene where Ziva rested her head on Tony Senior's chest, smiling.

Simply put, this was one of the best NCIS Season 10 episodes so far. And it was almost exclusively the Tony show too. So many things to talk about...
In "You Better Watch Out," the team was called in to investigate the death of an unemployed Navy husband, who - as it turns out - had been stockpiling new unreleased $100 bills and running up enormous debts. Only he ended up trying to use a few of them before he was meant to, which turned out to be very bad for his health.
Because the crime involved currency, the Secret Service had to step in, specifically Special Agent Ashley Winter. Though she seems entirely narcissistic (as evidenced by the fact she's clawing her way to the top of her career), I really hope we see her again. In fact, you have to wonder if maybe she might prove to be a good romantic foil for Dinozzo.
