Cynthia Armistead
Cynthia Armistead is a technical writer and software tester who lives in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S. She was the subject of a sustained cyberstalking campaign from 1996 to 2002. As a result, she learned to trace internet messages and spent seven years helping other victims as a volunteer with the non-profit organization Working to Halt Online Abuse. She also did many print and televised interviews about online harassment and stalking, including the Associated Press, Oprah, and Unsolved Mysteries. Today, Cynthia works as a solutions engineer.
