The Hype House. The Sway House. The Clubhouse. The Not a Content House. If the rise of TikTok collab houses in late 2019 and early 2020 seemed swift, it’s because it was. Hype House co-founders Chase Hudson and Thomas Petrou even said that going from initial idea to signing a lease took just 13 days.
Even though these collab houses — homes where influencers, usually teenaged or twentysomething, live and create content together — seem novel, the concept of making physicals hubs for creatives to work together isn’t. The first collaborative social media house, The Station, was founded in July 2009 by a collective of early YouTubers including Shane Dawson, Phil De Franco, LisaNova and iJustine. Working out of various homes in Venice Beach, California, the group put together sketch comedy videos and quickly became the second most-watched web series on YouTube. Landon Barker, son of Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, embraces the mess and the consequences on his debut single, “Friends With Your Ex.”
The song exists on the opposite end of the semantics spectrum as Olivia Rodrigo’s “Bad Idea Right?” — it’s not about tricking yourself into staying “friends” with an ex, but starting to date someone while being friends with their ex. As the chorus goes: “I was friends with your ex/You were with him when we met/Guеss he hasn’t found out yet/But I know...

McDonald’s isn’t letting its competitors eat up all the ad time during the Super Bowl pre-game festivities.
The fast-food giant served up a new ad guest-starring Cardi B and Offset that burnishes a new meal curated by the celebrity duo, just in time for Valentine’s Day. The Super Bowl pre-game is typically a place where Yum Brands’ Pizza Hut holds sway, eager to get Super Bowl viewers to order up a pie or two before kickoff starts.
The new spot features seven real-life couples talking about their loved one’s favorite McDonald’s meal. Cardi B and Offset also reveal their favorites. She goes for a classic McDonald’s cheeseburger, paired with tangy BBQ sauce and a large Coca-Cola. He digs a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a large Hi-c Orange Lavaburst. The duo shares a large order of McDonald’s fries and a hot apple pie.

Charli D’Amelio looks absolutely stunning in a tight yellow bustier with a green Prada bag.
The American Tiktok star poses for a set of pictures on her balcony.
Unless you have been living under a rock, you know who this 18 year old is.
D’Amelio is seen wearing a yellow bustier, which is a very risky color to wear, and not a lot of people look good in it. However, this is no problem for her.

To accessorize this look she put on some silver hoops, a silver padlock necklace, and a bracelet.

The famous YouTuber, Instagram model, and fitness role model shared a set of pictures of her sitting on top of a convertible’s door, taking some photographs of the amazing ocean view with a disposable camera.
Keech is wearing a gorgeous baby pink bikini tied in a knot below her chest. She covered up just a little bit with a long white skirt that hugged her curves perfectly.
Her long blonde hair fell smoothly on her toned back, and her natural tan made her skin glow.
Even though we don’t know where these pictures were taken, it is thanks to her caption that we know it was somewhere in Europe.

If you spend a lot of time on TikTok and you’re a person who menstruates, you’ve probably gotten ads for supplements called Flo Vitamins. Flo Vitamins are a lot like many other supplements that advertise on social media — they’re plant-based, in cutesy millennial pink packaging, and they’re said to reduce acne, cramps, and bloating related to Pms. But Flo Vitamins doesn’t quite market itself as a Pms supplement.

Put a finger down if your invested in this musically-driven drama. Chase Hudson, a.k.a. Here's a quick catch up: Chase and Charli used to date but ultimately called it quits in April 2020. Charli is now dating Landon and one month after the pair's relationship went public, Chase shared a clip of his song to TikTok—which has some eyebrow-raising lyrics such as "you're a showstopper, bad liar, homie hopper and drama starter." “Hype House,” a new reality soap series on Netflix, opens with a very fair question. “My whole goal with this house in the first place,” states Thomas Petrou, “was, why can’t people who hit millions of other people be as famous as A-list celebrities?”
The house in question is one shared by TikTok stars, whose work and whose interpersonal conflicts make up the storyline of “Hype House.” These young people reside in a Los Angeles-area mansion that become notorious via New York Times reporting by Taylor Lorenz. Whereas in the old “Real World” mansion, simply living in an extravagantly emotional way was the job, this reality show features people in an endless work-from-home cycle. They use the house to create content — video clips measured by the attention they elicit. (To wit: Petrou is introduced with us with a chyron next to his name indicating that he has 8.1 million followers.

Abrams Artists Agency, which rebranded earlier this month as A3 Artists Agency, is forging onward with its TikTok representation.
The talent firm has signed Kouvr Annon, a member of the massively popular -- though increasingly controversy-plagued -- Hype House, which is a faction of TikTok stars living and creating together in a lavish Hollywood mansion. The House -- which is also affiliated with top stars like Charli D’Amelio and Addison Rae -- is currently beset by a legal battle in which alleged co-founder Daisy Keech has filed suit against two of the group’s other apparent co-founders, Chase Hudson and Thomas Petrou.
Annon was born and raised in Hawaii, though recently moved into the Hype House, where she is churning out content with fellow members for TikTok (5.8 million followers) as well as YouTube (281,000 subscribers) and Instagram (952,000 followers). The 19-year-old’s content includes Diy, beauty, and dance. She also frequently features...

Daisy Keech, a social influencer and fitness model who claims to be one co-founder of TikTok creator collective The Hype House -- an allegation that is disputed by oft-credited founders Thomas Petrou and Chase Hudson -- moved out of The Hype House's Los Angeles mansion. Keech has also filed a federal lawsuit against influencer-entrepreneur Petrou and Hudson, a 17-year-old eboy with 17.8 million followers on the microvideo app.
According to Forbes, Keech collected her remaining belongings from The Hype House, flanked by an armed security guard, earlier this month. And Keech's latest suit accuses Petrou and Hudson of striking business deals without her knowledge or involvement, exiling her from the group, and attempting to position themselves as the only co-founders of the venture.
Keech alleges she came up with the idea for The Hype House with Petrou last fall. The two then teamed up with Hudson before onboarding two other stars:...

The Hype House’s legal drama -- notably a growing schism between two early members, Thomas Petrou and Daisy Keech (pictured above) -- rages onward.
Insider reports that Keech, a 20-year-old influencer-model with 3.1 million TikTok followers is setting out to start a rival house -- though “it's unclear based on ongoing trademark disputes whether the new house will have a Hype House name or another name," her lawyer, Chris Young, told the outlet..
While 20-year-old Petrou, who was formerly affiliated with Team 10, has claimed to be the co-founder of The Hype House alongside 17-year-old creator Chase Hudson (15.8 million followers), Keech began claiming to be a co-founder as well in January. Keech is also currently embroiled in a trademark dispute over 'The Hype House' name, with several dueling applications currently in the works. This is a critical battle, per Insider, as The Hype House is launching a 90s-inspired merch line later this month.

But in a development that illuminates the complexity of collaboration, Insider reports that a potentially nasty legal fissure may be brewing between two of the organization's early members: 20-year-old influencer Daisy Keech, and frequently-credited Hype House co-founder Thomas Petrou -- a 20-year-old vlogger who was formerly affiliated with Jake Paul's Og creator collective, Team 10.
Though Petrou and 17-year-old eboy Chase Hudson have frequently been credited as co-founders of The Hype House in the press, Keech -- who no longer lives at The Hype House -- began proclaiming herself a co-founder in her Instagram bio (where she counts 3 million followers) in January.
