Christopher Dean McAfee
- Producer
Christopher Dean McAfee is a producer, writer, photographer, and artist from Navarre, Ohio. He graduated from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Science Degree, class of 2004. This took him to employment opportunities in Washington, DC, where he has resided the past 16 years, most of his adult life. His mother is Nancy McAfee and father Mark McAfee. He has one sibling, brother Sean McAfee, who is also his best buddy.
As a very young child, he was introduced to film, specifically horror films, and developed a voracious appetite for the genre. And so the love affair with horror film started and grew rapidly from there. To this day, he likely has one of the single largest privately owned collections of horror films in the state of Ohio, where he now resides in one of the oldest, arguably haunted historic homes in the area.
He is known for having associate producer credit on director Jill Sixx Gevargizian's horror feature film debut, The Stylist (2020/I), starring Najarra Townsend (Contracted), and Brea Grant. The Stylist (2020/I) was nominated for New Visions Award / Best Motion Picture at the 2020 Sitges - Catalonian International Film Festival. He has two additional producer credits on the following horror films, which include executive producer on The Macabre and producer on Butchers Bluff (2021).
