Last summer, a report that Ben Affleck was spotted on the set of Marvel Studios' Deadpool and Wolverine did the rounds online.
Since it had already been confirmed that the R-rated threequel would include a bit of Multiversal madness and a few cameos (we now know it'll be more than a few), this understandably led to speculation that Affleck might be set to make an appearance as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, and the news that Jennifer Garner's Elektra will be involved only added fuel to the fire.
Affleck returning as the Man Without Fear always did seem unlikely, since the actor has never looked back particularly fondly on his time as the Hell's Kitchen vigilante That said, he's always had a sense of humor about it at the same time, so a fun cameo wouldn't have been too big a stretch.
Now, Daniel Richtman is reporting that Affleck definitely won't...

Six years after "Deadpool 2" became a huge hit (technically Brad Pitt's biggest movie), we're finally getting a third entry in the wildly popular superhero franchise. This time, Ryan Reynolds is suiting up again as the Merc with a Mouth in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for a wild, R-rated trip through the multiverse. Not only that, he's also called upon Hugh Jackman to put on the claws once more, with the actor suiting up as Wolverine for the first time since 2017's "Logan." The resulting film is director Shawn Levy's "Deadpool & Wolverine," which figures to be one of the biggest movies of the summer. However, arriving at the story at the center of this superhero blockbuster was no small task, as it turns out.

Had Disney not acquired 20th Century Fox, it's likely we'd have already sat down in theaters to watch Deadpool 3 by now. Very little has been revealed about what the original version of the movie was, though we've heard Ryan Reynolds always wanted Hugh Jackman to return.
With Marvel Studios calling the shots, the Merc with the Mouth will now take centre stage in an epic Multiversal blockbuster. And yes, Wolverine will be by his side (this time in a comic-accurate costume).
Talking to Empire Online, Reynolds reveals that he originally pictured Deadpool 3 as a "Rashomon story about Wolverine and Deadpool and something that they got into together, but told from three completely different perspectives." He'd add, "It was a way to make a large-scale movie in a very small way."
We'd assume those perspectives were Deadpool, Wolverine, and a third mystery character, but when Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige heard the pitch.

Deadpool & Wolverine: Kevin Feige Advised Hugh Jackman Not To Return After Logan; New Still Released
There was a lot of excitement when it was announced that Hugh Jackman would be reprising the role of Wolverine for a team-up with the Merc With a Mouth (Ryan Reynolds) in Marvel Studios' Deadpool movie, but not everyone was fully on board.
For many fans, James Mangold's Logan was the perfect send-off for Jackman's take on the iconic mutant, and there was a perception that bringing the character back would only cheapen his emotional farewell.
As it turns out, Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige felt the same way!
“I said, ‘Let me give you a piece of advice, Hugh. Don’t come back’,” Feige recalls to Empire. “‘You had the greatest ending in history with Logan. That’s not something we should undo.’”
Feige came around to the idea when it was explained that Jackman would be playing a different Variant of Wolverine for this movie, which was confirmed in the recent trailer.

The Deadpool franchise has been an ode to profanity and violence. But Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s Deadpool & Wolverine is going to be most enchanting of all, as revealed by Reynolds himself. Deadpool & Wolverine has been one of the most hyped movies of the year, and with Reynod’s recent tease, it is confirmed that the upcoming movie will be a spectacle.
Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool & Wolverine
Deadpool & Wolverine has everything to excite any Marvel fan. The movie is packed with wholesome cameos and a new supervillain to further excite things. It could also potentially canonize X-Men in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Ryan Reynolds Teased Deadpool & Wolverine Violence Ryan Reynolds and High Jackman in Deadpool & Wolverine
R-rated Deadpool & Wolverine is essentially violent in nature, but Ryan Reynolds recently revealed that the depth of violence and gore is far more what we can imagine.

Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds first shared the screen in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, but Logan and Wade Wilson's first true team-up will take place in this summer's Deadpool & Wolverine.
However, despite the shared title, Ryan Reynolds tells Empire Online to expect "the most Deadpool movie in the history of Deadpool." That doesn't mean he hasn't had the time of his life working with Jackman as these iconic Marvel superheroes, though!
"As much as I take the ever-loving f*cking piss out of him each and every day, underneath that is a genuine love story," the actor says, explaining that their camaraderie bled into the relationship between Deadpool and Wolverine.
"As adversarial as we are in the movie, the undercurrent is one of real love," Reynolds adds. "Getting to spend time with my two closest friends, and waking up in the morning with a passionate devotion to say something so...

Following the release of that awesome second trailer, Marvel Studios has started ramping up its Deadpool & Wolverine promotion in a big way. Today, that comes in the form of two new Empire Magazine covers.
The first features never-before-seen shots of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman suited up, though the latter still doesn't have his mask on.
It's interesting that Marvel Studios is making an effort to put Jackman's face front and centre in marketing, but seems happy to cover up Reynolds'. The fact Wade Wilson is horribly scarred is no doubt part of the reason, though this also speaks to the popularity of the Merc with the Mouth and the fact the character alone is a major selling point.
Joining them on the cover is the weirdly adorable Dogpool.
We also have a second cover featuring a suitably wacky cartoon take on the trio, and Wolverine does don a mask for that piece.

According to recent reports, reshoots for Deadpool and Wolverine are currently underway, and could continue until the end of the month.
Additional photography is pretty much the norm for any major studio blockbuster, but some fans still tend to assume the worst. While it's true that reshoots can often alter significant plot points/character arcs, more often than not, it's something much more trivial.
According to Daniel Richtman, the D&w reshoots are mostly to add even more cameos. Marvel Studios and director Shawn Levy are pleased with the movie, and aren't attempting to "fix anything."
There's been some concern that the Merc With a Mouth's MCU debut is already shaping up to be too much of a "cameo fest," so we're not sure how well this update will sit with fans - although we've heard that most of the surprise appearances will happen during the same sequence, which might...

According to Marvel scoopers, Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool & Wolverine may feature many cameos. They have speculated the appearance of multiple celebrities, from James Marsden’s Cyclops to Taylor Swift’s Dazzler. However, one such rumored cameo has cast doubt on fans due to the nature of the actor’s relationship with Reynolds. Recent rumors have it that Wesley Snipes’ Blade will appear in the film.
Ryan Reynolds and Wesley Snipes may have worked together on the upcoming film Deadpool & Wolverine
Fans refused to believe this news as Snipes and Reynolds couldn’t see eye to eye on the sets of Blade: Trinity, the third movie in the Blade franchise. It has been rumored for a long time that Marvel will bring back Snipes’ character to honor his contributions to keeping the company afloat.

Promotional/marketing material for Marvel Studios' Deadpool and Wolverine continues to find its way online, and this latest artwork pays homage to a classic comic book cover.
The Incredible Hulk #340 (1988) saw the Green Grey Goliath and Logan go toe-to-toe in a brutal brawl, which culminated with the mutant berserker eviscerating his opponent. Even Wolvie's claws weren't enough to keep the Hulk down for too long, though, and the two heroes were soon back at it.
Here, the cover is recreated with Wolverine reflected in the Merc With a Mouth's swords, and Wade in Logan's claws.
The art also gives us another look at Logan's comic-accurate mask, which we have yet to see in live-action. Fans were hoping the cowl reveal was going to be one of the big moments from the recently released trailer, but it seems to be something the studio and director Shawn Levy are doing their best...

Josh Brolin's Cable was introduced in Deadpool 2, and after initially serving as an antagonist for Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds), the time-travelling warrior joined forces with the Merc With a Mouth and his allies.
It was Cable's future tech that allowed Deadpool to travel back in time and prevent Vanessa (Morena Baccarin) and the members of X-Force from being killed, so it was generally assumed that the character would return when Marvel Studios announced that a third movie was in development.
Though there is always a chance Cable - and Zazie Beetz's Domino - will appear in Deadpool and Wolverine, their returns have not been reported on by the trades or the various online scoopers who accurately leaked a lot of the other cameos.
While speaking to Brolin about the second season of Prime Video's Outer Range, The Playlist joked that since he's listed as part of Deadpool and Wolverine's cast on IMDb,...

We've been hearing rumours for months that Wesley Snipes will return as Blade, and it was earlier this week that we learned the actor has indeed signed up for a future MCU appearance.
While X-Men and Spider-Man typically get the lion's share of credit for bringing superheroes back to theaters, Blade and Blade II arguably kickstarted the genre's return to prominence in the early 2000s. With that in mind, we find it easy to imagine Marvel Studios being keen to give Snipes the chance to bid farewell to the Daywalker after the disaster that was Blade: Trinity.
According to a rumour shared by scooper @MyTimeToShineH, Snipes has agreed to reprise his role as Blade in Deadpool & Wolverine.
This makes more sense than the next Avengers movies as Mahershala Ali should have appeared in the Blade reboot by then. It's also worth remembering that Snipes and Ryan Reynolds have a history on screen.

The box office has never quite managed to recover from the pandemic, meaning $1 billion box office hits are no longer the norm. All eyes are on Deadpool & Wolverine to "save" this summer, and early buzz in that respect is very positive.
According to Deadline, "many are putting pressure on this movie to be the belle of the ball," with the threequel booking in a three-week run on IMAX screens. That's said to be the "longest hold of any title this summer," all but guaranteeing Deadpool & Wolverine will be a hit.
Unfortunately, the trade doesn't share any specific numbers, but it's going to be a while before the movie hits tracking boards. The R-Rating won't necessarily have a negative impact either, something that's evident from the success of the previous Deadpool movies, Logan, and Joker.
A new Deadpool & Wolverine still has also been released which offers a detailed...

Olivia Wilde will direct and Margot Robbie will star in an adaptation of comic book Avengelyne, it’s been announced.
Comic book writer Rob Liefeld’s biggest success is undoubtably Deadpool, which Ryan Reynolds and writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick brought to the screen to huge critical and commercial success – Deadpool And Wolverine, which sees Hugh Jackman reprise his iconic role, will be released in UK cinemas on the 26th July. You can watch the trailer here.
Warner Bros is now very close to closing a deal on another of Liefeld’s comics, Avengelyne. Furthermore, Margot Robbie – as you probably gleaned from the cunning headline to this piece – is circling the lead role.
The synopsis reads as follows:

Deadpool & Wolverine is rapidly approaching and new promo art from the movie puts the Merc with the Mouth and his bonkers Variants front and centre.
We have hi-res shots of Kidpool, Babypool, Dogpool, and Headpool (who is rumoured to be the severed head of Weapon XI from X-Men Origins: Wolverine). None of them have been showcased in the movie's trailers, suggesting the plan is for the Variants to be - mostly - kept under wraps.
There's also a great shot of Hugh Jackman suited up as Wolverine and lots of eye-catching pieces with the McU's "Best Bubs" striking different poses together.
While we've now seen plenty of Wade Wilson's Variants, chances are the movie's biggest cameos will be kept under wraps until post-release.

A decade on from its fateful leak, a look at how a two-minute Deadpool test reel has led to Deadpool & Wolverine – a film that is about to change the MCU.
The general public was never even meant to see it, and yet the test footage for Deadpool has made more of a dent on pop culture than some multi-million dollar films with huge marketing departments behind them.
To this day, nobody has publicly admitted to leaking that footage in 2014. Some have pointed the finger at director Tim Miller; franchise star Ryan Reynolds has playfully hinted that he might have uploaded it to the internet that July. There are theories that the studio that commissioned it, 20th Century Fox, may have leaked it deliberately as part of an elaborate publicity campaign.

Sony Pictures Television and TriStar Pictures have made a deal with Hasbro Entertainment for the film and TV rights for Clue, which could mean that we could get a new movie based on the beloved board game.
“Sony is the perfect partner to adapt a property as culturally impactful and mystery-defining as ‘Clue,’” said Hasbro Heads of Film and TV Zev Foreman and Gabriel Marano. “Nicole Brown, Katherine Pope, and their teams are tremendous creative collaborators and ideal partners to help us figure out after 75 years if it was Colonel Mustard in the conservatory with the candlestick.“

Clue was previously adapted in 1985, featuring an ensemble cast that included Tim Curry, Christopher Lloyd, Madeline Kahn, Michael McKean, Martin Mull, Lesley Ann Warren, and Colleen Camp. Surprisingly, this has been the only Clue movie, but it’s not for lack of trying.

Sony is the latest player that would like to make an accusation. The studio has won the rights to develop a reimagining of the Hasbro board game “Clue,” and the studio intends to bring the murder mystery game to the screen for both film and television.
Hollywood has been trying to remake “Clue,” first adapted in Jonathan Lynn’s cult classic screwball comedy “Clue” from 1985, for years. Most recently, a project was set up at 20th Century Studios, and it had Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman circling to star along with “The Muppets Movie” filmmaker James Bobin directing. In 2022, Oren Uziel (“The Lost City”) stepped up to rewrite the original draft of the script from Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (“Deadpool”), but it too went nowhere.

The film and TV rights for Clue have landed at Sony, with Hasbro Entertainment closing a deal with TriStar Pictures and Sony Pictures Television to develop adaptations of the classic murder mystery board game.
Clue, the game, has players figure out who is responsible for a murder in a cast of characters that includes Professor Plum, Colonel Mustard, Mrs. White and Miss Scarlet. The location of the murder (dining room, kitchen, ballroom, etc.) and weapon (velvet rope, lamp, knife, etc.) also must be deciphered.

“Deadpool & Wolverine,” Marvel’s only movie scheduled for release in 2024, just got a new red-band trailer filled with enough swear words and blood splatters to make up for a decade and a half of PG-13 movies.
The buddy action comedy finds Ryan Reynolds’ wisecracking mercenary Deadpool and Hugh Jackman’s angry superhero Wolverine teaming up to save the world. The film marks the first time Deadpool and Wolverine are officially part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as each were previously part of the X-Men films produced by Fox. “Deadpool & Wolverine” is also Jackman’s first time playing Wolverine since 2017’s “Logan.”
The trailer is heavy on Deadpool and Wolverine’s foul-mouthed odd-couple dynamic, and features the self-referential, fourth-wall-breaking comedy typical of the “Deadpool” franchise – and this time, the jokes are at Marvel’s expense. There’s an extended bit at the end of the trailer where Deadpool and his elderly,...

What would hurt worse, Wolverine’s claws slicing right into your groin or Deadpool’s semiautomatic handguns firing into your flanks while he cradles you spread eagle on icy terrain? The trailer for Marvel’s upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine doesn’t answer that question — these two seem to survive on pithy sass and rejoinders — but the movie might reveal the stronger superhero when it comes out on July 26.
The trailer opens with Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) in full costume, approaching Wolverine (Hugh Jackman dressed like “Hugh Jackman” — or rather Wolvie’s off-duty...

“Let’s fucking go!”
Marvel on Monday dropped a new trailer for “Deadpool & Wolverine,” one that includes a whole lot more Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) than the Super Bowl’s teaser-trailer. The “official trailer” has plenty of meta Disney-is-a-prude references courtesy of (mostly) Ryan Reynolds: There’s the “pegging” joke and one about the “one thing” MCU boss Kevin Feige would not let “Deadpool” do. Per Wade Wilson, that’s cocaine (no matter what you call it). Feige is among the film’s producers.
Deadpool also calls for a “third-act flashback” and a “big, slow-motion action sequence” in the trailer. The “Deadpool” films don’t just break the fourth wall, they run a Colossus through it.
Shawn Levy directs “Deadpool & Wolverine,” which also stars Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, and Matthew Macfadyen.

The bickering duo of Marvel are at it again: The trailer for Deadpool and Wolverine dropped today, and finds Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine doing what they do best.
“Hi peanut,” Deadpool says to a drowning-his-sorrows Wolverine. “I’m going to need you to come with me right now.” The trailer contains enough quips, fights, insults and R-rated verbiage to satisfy a universe, Marvel or otherwise.
Set to the tune of Madonna’s “Like A Prayer,” the new trailer for the Deadpool threequel was shared by Reynolds on social media this morning, a day after he did the same for a teaser.
The new movie following – by six years – Deadpool 2.
Deadpool & Wolverine is set to arrive in theaters on July 26. Shawn Levy is the film director, with Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, Zeb Wells, Reynolds, and Levy credited as co-writers.
Hugh Jackman reprises his role of Wolverine in the Marvel film.

Deadpool and Wolverine join forces to defeat evil and crack jokes in the latest Marvel film. Watch the first Deadpool & Wolverine trailer here.
It’s a quiet year for Marvel. 2023 was a bit of a disaster for the big superhero production house, with bad reviews, dodgy CGI, endless delays and cast problems and a prominent cast member being arrested, so it’s probably best they take a breather.
There is one Marvel film coming our way this year, though. That would be Deadpool & Wolverine, the third Deadpool film starring Ryan Reynolds as the Merc With A Mouth.
Take a look at the spanking new first trailer for the film.
Well, I don’t know about you, but that was exactly what I was expecting from a Deadpool trailer. Swearing, ass-kicking with a healthy side order of blood.

Marvel’s favorite frenemies are back in the second trailer for the hotly anticipated “Deadpool and Wolverine” — the third installment in the “Deadpool” series of films and the first set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
This time, Deadpool and Wolverine fight like bloody hell to the tune of Madonna’s “Like a Prayer.”
“I’m about to lose everything that I’ve ever cared about,” Deadpool tells Wolverine in the trailer, to which Wolverine responds, “Not my fucking problem.”
“Is that what you said when your world went to shit?” Deadpool retorts, provoking Wolverine to strike his crotch with those claws before Deadpool shoots him several times in the torso.
Cut to the two heroes chumming it up over lunch: “Wanna talk about what’s haunting you, or should we wait for a third act flashback?”

Picture this: three hugely talented actors of Tinseltown in one highly expected flick, but not sharing the screen. Well, it seems Ryan Gosling will make a subtle yet significant appearance in Shawn Levy’s forthcoming Deadpool & Wolverine, but with a twist.
Yes, the Barbie star, 43, is not sharing the screen with the film’s lead stars, Ryan Reynolds or Hugh Jackman. According to a recent report, Reynolds’ Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool, will be seen wearing a Ryan Gosling shirt in the third Deadpool flick.

Shawn Levy, director of Deadpool and Wolverine, clarifies that although the film features Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, the Marvel movie is not to be called Deadpool 3.
The filmmaker explained in a recent interview why the movie, which also stars Hugh Jackman reprising his role of Wolverine, is not Deadpool 3 despite being the third Deadpool movie.
“As far as crafting the Deadpool and Wolverine story, I just felt privileged every day because you’re talking about two massive movie stars in their most iconic roles,” Levy told Screen Rant during CinemaCon. “It also gave me an opportunity. It’s the third Deadpool movie, but it’s not Deadpool 3. It’s a different thing that’s very much Deadpool and Wolverine. And it’s not trying to copycat anything from the first two movies. Combining different iconic pop culture elements with almost nothing in common can be really difficult. But when it came to Deadpool, Wade Wilson said ‘hold my post-credit scenes’. It's been nearly seven years since Jack Sparrow graced the silver screen in "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales." In the years since then, Disney has toyed with various versions of a sixth movie in the multi-billion-dollar franchise. Now, we have word from legendary producer Jarry Bruckheimer that the new movie, whatever it may be, will indeed be a reboot. So don't expect to see Johnny Depp or Orlando Bloom back in the saddle.
Speaking with Comicbook.com in honor of his upcoming film "The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare," Bruckheimer was asked whether he believes we'll see "Top Gun 3" or "Pirates of the Caribbean 6" happen first. He didn't go into detail, but he did suggest that "Pirates" is looking to make a fresh start with the upcoming entry. Here's what he had to say about it:
"It's hard to tell. You don't know, you really don't know.

Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool films were a huge success among fans mainly due to the actor’s major involvement in the creative elements of the script. When the character and the third film in the franchise were included in the MCU, Kevin Feige completely trusted Reynolds with the film. This also meant that Reynolds’ cheeky dialogues would not get an axe from the studio. The Green Lantern actor has reportedly not shown any mercy to Feige himself.

The only thing in Deadpool & Wolverine that Reynolds took some time to convince Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios was the involvement of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine. Once Jackman too showed interest in returning, Feige decided to greenlit the whole Deadpool vs Wolverine idea.

Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman is one of the highly awaited movies. The movie is going to see the Time Variance Authority pulling Deadpool from his quiet and peaceful life and sending him on a mission, which is going to change the history of the MCU with Wolverine.
Writer Rhett Reese describes the movie as a ‘fish-out-of-water’ story of a character who is trying to adjust to his newfound Marvel reality while still being a zany, outrageous character compared to the grounded characters of MCU. Deadpool 3 was reportedly being developed at 20th Century Fox but was put on hold after Disney acquired the studio in 2019. The original plotline of the movie has now been revealed.

While Disney and Marvel Studios are trying to keep a tight lid on the specifics, it's crystal clear that "Deadpool & Wolverine," aka "Deadpool 3," will most certainly be chock-full of cameos. But for the time being, we can at least rule one cameo out of the festivities as Vinnie Jones has revealed that he won't be reprising his role as Juggernaut in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film. He was offered the chance to do so, but it just didn't pan out.
Jones previously played the hulking mutant in 2006's "X-Men: The Last Stand." During a recent interview with Variety while promoting his new Netflix show "The Gentlemen," Jones was asked about the possibility of returning in "Deadpool & Wolverine." The actor was direct and said that he was offered a role by director Shawn Levy, but it was ultimately too much of a hassle for Jones to justify:...

Ryan Reynolds will undoubtedly make some big bucks at theaters with his upcoming MCU film, Deadpool & Wolverine. Reynolds returns to his role of the wisecracking mercenary with regenerative mutation, who is now dropped into the very sane world of the MCU. However, the former DC star has made a new MCU record that even Robert Downey Jr. failed to achieve during his time at the MCU.
Huge Jackman and Ryan Reynolds in the Deadpool & Wolverine trailer
Ryan Reynolds will be taking on triple duty in the film as an actor, writer, and producer. While actors like Paul Rudd have also served as writers in their MCU movies, this is the first time an MCU lead actor works in a triple role.

On the way from 20th Century is a heist thriller titled Eenie Meanie, and Deadline reports that Samara Weaving (Ready or Not, Scream 6) and Karl Glusman (Watcher) will star.
Shawn Simmons (“Wayne”) is directing the film, and Simmons also wrote the script.
Deadline notes that Eenie Meanie is likely to debut on Hulu.
“The film follows a former teenage getaway driver who is dragged back into her unsavory past when a former employer offers her a chance to save the life of her chronically unreliable ex-boyfriend.”
Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are producing.
A favorite in the horror world, Samara Weaving has a handful of projects headed our way soon, also including horror movie Azrael and the 1980s-set action-thriller Bella.

Samara Weaving is buckling up for 20th Century Studios forthcoming heist thriller Eenie Meanie. Sitting shotgun for the project is Karl Glusman, with writer-director Shawn Simmons at the helm. Producing the fast-paced thriller is Deadpool franchise alums Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
In Eenie Meanie, Samara Weaving plays Edie, “a former teenage getaway driver who is dragged back into her unsavory past when a former employer offers her a chance to save the life of her chronically unreliable ex-boyfriend.” (via Deadline)
Glusman hits the pavement as John, Edie’s recurrent boyfriend. Despite their differences, Edie feels compelled to pull John out of the flames of a terrible situation.
As one of my favorite actors in the business today, Samara Weaving is a force of nature. For some of her best performances, check out Joe Lynch’s Mayhem. The 2017 action-comedy is like Office Space meets The Raid and is a must-watch.

Following the fallout of Jonathan Majors’ conviction, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is getting a new title.
In December last year, Jonathan Majors was convicted on harrassement and assault charges. The state of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is in the scheme of things the least important thing to be considering, but a few months hence and Marvel appear to be making some headway with its future plans.
Marvel fired Majors just hours after the conviction and is currently in the process of rewriting all films in which Majors was set to appear as the MCU’s next major villain Kang. It appears the plan for Kang now is that all future scripts “will now either minimise the character or excise him entirely”.
In other Marvel news, its “creative retooling”, as it’s calling it, is in full swing. It aims to give showrunners more creative control over future television shows, after...
