In September of 2001 he enlisted in the active duty ranks of the U.S.
Marine Corps. He received his honorable discharge on March 7, 2005.
He returned to the arts & entertainment industry by starring in his
debut as a playwright, 'The Sandstorm: Stories from the Front' in Los Angeles, CA, just
ten days after receiving his discharge from the USMC.
Held the Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) of 0311 Rifleman and
0313 LAV Crewman.
Became involved in theater at the age of seven in Baton Rouge,
Louisiana.
Briefly attended North Carolina School of the Arts in 1991 at the age
of 16.
