- Alexa von Porembsky was born on June 5, 1906 in Ödenburg, Austria-Hungary [now Sopron, Hungary]. She was an actress, known for Woman in the Moon (1929), Der Kosak und die Nachtigall (1935) and Die Drei von der Tankstelle (1955). She died on August 18, 1981 in West Berlin, West Germany.
