The previous episode of Billy The Kid ended with John Tunstall’s death, followed by a celebration in the town of Lincoln. Though Murphy and Riley rejoiced at the death, Edgar Walz was worried about Billy being alive. His fear was justifiable because Billy had sworn to avenge Tunstall’s death. Billy killed Morton and Baker in retaliation for their role in Tunstall’s death. The Lincoln War intensified after a major death, and the warring groups had to come up with a strong plan to maintain their grip over the town.

One of the hardest things to do in Hollywood is to make a highly anticipated movie sequel that lives up to the original, much less surpasses it. But if you had a loaded six-shooter pressed to your temple and had to answer as quickly and honestly as possible, what would you say the all-time best movie Western sequel happens to be? Sergio Leone’s Dollars trilogy certainly comes to mind as the most sterling example. Yet, in terms of a Western that uses historical events to tell a compelling biographical tale, it’s hard to eclipse the blistering entertainment value of Young Guns II – a movie that continues the saga of William H. Bonney, aka, Billy the Kid, and his gunslinging compatriots, The Regulators, following their valiant efforts fighting in the Lincoln County War. Released two years after the original, Young Guns II became nearly as successful as the original...

We got a rare glimpse into Billy the Philosopher.
Billy spent at least as much time pondering as gunslinging on Billy the Kid Season 2 Episode 2.
It was definitely a different approach to a man seen first and foremost as an outlaw.
First came Billy's ode to gunplay while he and Charlie were attempting to teach Tom O'Folliard, still likely to be an early casualty in the upcoming Lincoln County War, how to shoot. He punctuated that with a show of marksmanship.
Next, Billy became a surprise early proponent of women's rights. Then again, maybe that wasn't so surprising, as he had a robust role model in his mother, Kathleen.
Billy felt Dulcinea had some 'splainin' to do after he spotted her being affectionate with a man on Billy the Kid Season 2 Episode 1.
He must have felt dumber than usual around Dulcinea when she explained that it had been her brother.

Guess what kicks off this week? Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas!!
That’s right, folks. We’re still celebrating spooky season, but Christmas is already upon us. Who’s ready??
In addition to Christmas, we’ve got the Billions finale, Fellow Travelers, and 30 Coins, among other things. Find out what we recommend you watch this week.
Saturday, October 21
8/7c Where Are You, Christmas? (Hallmark)
What would happen if Christmas ceased to exist?
Well, in addition to the pretty enormous faith-based ramifications, the world would be a lot less colorful with a lot less joy.
Where Are You, Christmas paints the picture using the colorless world that we wouldn’t want to experience. This will be a Hallmark movie to remember!
8/7c Twas the Text Before Christmas (Gaf)
Texting doesn’t exactly elicit the warm fuzzies, but this Great American Family original aims to prove otherwise.

Billy the Kid Season 1’s ending set the stage for the Lincoln County Wars. Billy had changed allegiances and chosen to fight for John Tunstall. This was a move that shocked Jesse, but he respected his friend’s decision. Jesse was glad that Billy told him about his decision before leaving the gang. Billy had taken a stand that would change the dynamics of the war. Lawrence Murphy was willing to take up the fight without Billy on their side. The trigger point of the war is what the first episode is about.

In 1881 a legend was ended, though whether it was a legend worthy of praise or worth forgetting is up for debate between scholars and fans of the movie Young Guns. William H. Bonney, aka Henry McCarty, aka Henry Antrim, aka Billy the Kid, didn’t really live the life that Young Guns 1 and 2 showed in pop culture, but moments of his life caught in film were somewhat accurate since he did work for John Tunstall for a while, and he was a criminal. But as for the glorification of his life and his deeds, it feels fair to
