Ever since Sight Unseen premiered on The CW, viewers have had questions about Sunny (Agam Darshi).
Upon her introduction in the series premiere, it’s clear she’s concealing a part of her life from both viewers and Tess (Dolly Lewis), with whom she forms a fast connection.
Monsters and Critics was fortunate enough to speak with Agam about the mystery surrounding Sunny and what it’s like working on a crime series that delves deep into its characters.
Check out the full interview below, and be sure to check out our previous interview with Daniel Gillies, who plays Jake.
Monsters and Critics: I’ve watched the first two episodes. It’s so good, and it’s leaving me with plenty of questions.
Agam Darshi: Oh, lovely. I’m so glad you’re enjoying it.
Monsters and Critics: What attracted you to Sight Unseen?

The Nexstar-owned broadcast network has ordered dramas titled Wild Cards and Sight Unseen, targeting both for premieres in 2024. Lauren Holly has joined the second season of Prime Video Canada’s first scripted series, “The Lake,” Variety has learned exclusively.
“The Lake” stars Jordan Gavaris (“Orphan Black”) as Justin, a man who returns home after breaking up with his long-term partner. There, he hopes to reconcile with Billie (Madison Shamoun) the biological daughter he gave up for adoption in his teens. Once home, however, he learns his father left the family lake house to his stepsister Maisy-May (Julia Stiles).

HollywoodNews.com: CW is going to be premiere a new Canadian comedy series about a modern-day Romeo and Juliet, entitled “18 to Life.”
In the premiere episode of “18 To Life,” when Tom and Jessie – 18-year-old next-door neighbors who have grown up together – run off and get married, their warring families are forced to become one in this hilarious multi-generational half-hour about relationships, true love, and who takes out the garbage. The series explores intimate relationships in combustible combinations as husband-wife, mom-dad, and in-laws all struggle to influence the newlyweds and control the extended family’s destiny. Tom Bellow (Michael Seater) and Jessie Hill (Stacey Farber) have been neighbours for 12 years. At the tender age of 18 years old, they decide to say "I do" to each other. Of course, this also means that their parents will have to cope with this mariage whether they like it or not. Ben (Peter Keleghan) and Judith (Ellen David), Tom's parents, are a little bit socially conservative. Phil (Alain Goulem) and Tara (Angela Asher), Jessie's parents, are tree-huggers who like to rock out. However, when Tom and Jessie move into the attic of Tom's parents, new tensions between...

Toronto -- The Canadian Broadcasting Corp. is ready to pick up locally produced single-camera comedy "18 to Life," even with pilot partner ABC out of the picture.
The Montreal-set sitcom, from indie producer Galafilm, portrays 18-year-old neighbors, played by Stacey Farber and Michael Seater, who get married on a dare only to face criticism from their parents and friends.
Last summer, ABC brokered a deal with Alchemy Television for U.S. rights to "18 to Life," marking the first time a Canadian and a U.S. network partnered on a Canadian primetime comedy. But while the U.S. network screened the Canadian pilot, it said Tuesday that it is no longer involved with the project.
Rounding out the sitcom's cast are Peter Keleghan, Al Goulem, Ellen David and newcomers Tommie-Amber Pirie and Ariel Shiri.
Derek Schreyer and Karen Troubetzkoy created and executive produced the sitcom, with Ian Whitehead producing and Peter Wellington directing the pilot.
