Charlie Simpson is the star of tonight's Singing in the Rainforest - the series which takes famous musicians to the most remote tribes on earth.
Simpson records a new track with one of the world's oldest tribes, but told Digital Spy that he feared his song with the San Bushmen would be a disaster.
"I literally thought - this isn't going to work, this is going to be terrible," he confessed.
Luckily, Charlie overcame his nerves - and the language barrier - to complete a rousing new track, 'Walking with the San'.
Simpson opened up to DS about the unorthodox musical effort, plus his new album with band Fightstar - and plans for more solo material after the release of his second album Long Road Home last year.
Singing in the Rainforest continues tonight at 9pm on Watch.

Boyband Busted are reportedly set to search for a new frontman via a reality TV show.
Matt Willis and James Bourne had hoped to reunite the old band but Charlie Simpson is said to prefer his new group ‘Fightstar.’
A source told The Sun: “Matt and James are determined to get the band back together but have realised there is no way to change Charlie’s mind.
“So instead they are planning a reality TV show. It will be a documentary following them up and down the UK in their search for a third man.
“The series will then climax with a live arena event, which fans will be able to buy tickets for. If the show sparks enough interest they’ll take themselves out on a wider UK tour.”
Busted, whose hits included Year 3000 an That’s What I Go To School For, split in 2005 after Charlie left.
