Star Wars Fan Days IV is coming soon to the Dfw area. If you haven't heard of it, it's one of the largest Star Wars conventions right behind the big Celebration. Needless to say tons of people are going to be there from the films, the show, and even the authors of the Star Wars books. The good news? A lot are signing for free.
This is the press release I got from the people running the event. And don't worry, I'm going to be there at the event, so if you can't make it, I'll be sure to fill you in on what you missed. All the details on the when/where/and how much are below:

The new Star Wars movie is going down-under after recruiting seven young actors from Australia and New Zealand. Jay Laga'aia, 'Leanna Walsman', Rose Byrne, Veronica Segura, David Bowers, Matthew Rowan and Daniel Logan have all landed plum parts in Star Wars: Episode II (2002) which began filming in Sydney, Australia yesterday Monday. Their parts - which are being closely guarded - include a 'skilled bounty hunter', an 'indulgent politician', a 'high-ranking Senate official ' and a 'mysterious young boy'. The film's casting director Robin Gurland has been surprised by the abundance of talent available to him. He says, "it's been terribly exciting to discover the wealth of talent in Australia." The Antipodeans will join stars Ewan McGregor, Samuel L. Jackson and Natalie Portman, who have all been confirmed for the film.
