Jason has lived all over the world and worked in a number of fields,
though film has always been his first love. He's worked as a
cinematographer, a director, and a director of photography, in addition
to numerous other crew positions on his way up. He's expressed a great
interest in still photography, writing, poetry (published), and is
highly skilled in origami (the Asian art of paper folding). He loves to
be on the water so much that he's lived on a boat in Marina Del Rey,
California for a number of years and has worked as an underwater
cameraman on a number of projects, ranging from feature films to
television to award-winning documentaries. He's a down-to-earth guy and
believes that the job isn't worth doing unless it's done well, and done
with people who share this same vision.
