- Alex Papps (born 11 February 1969) is an Australian actor, television host, writer and singer. After appearing in long running Australian soap Neighbours (1985) as Greg Davis, he became better known for his role as original foster child Frank Morgan on rival soap opera Home and Away.

- Comes from a showbusiness background. His parents are both theatre directors, with his father appearing in occasional television roles.
- Whilst in Year 12 at school he won a role in "The Henderson Kids II" (1987)_ and had to finish his course in drama and media production by correspondence.
- After starring in The Flying Doctors (1986) he enrolled in the Australian Academy of Performing Arts.
