- A highly regarded stunt man, O'Shea severely injured his leg and ankle in a stunt involving a wagon, which ended his career as a stuntman. He was friends with Roy Rogers, who saw that O'Shea got work on Rogers' TV series. O'Shea also began doing a lot of character work on western TV series.
- Heavy-set, mustachioed character actor with a penchant for playing Mexican banditos and other assorted Western heavies. He also worked occasionally as stunt double for Leo Carrillo and Orson Welles. Retired to operate an antique shop in Paradise, CA.
