- Hanna Maron was born on November 22, 1923 in Berlin, Germany. She was an actress, known for Krovim Krovim (1983), Sof Shavua be-Galil (2007) and Handsome Gigolo, Poor Gigolo (1930). She was married to Yossi Yadin and Jacob Rechter. She died on May 30, 2014 in Tel Aviv, Israel.

- Norman Jewison considered her for the part of Golda in Fiddler on the Roof (1971) but, after she lost a leg in a terrorist attack on an Israeli airplane in Munich in 1970, had to cast Norma Crane instead.
