ITV has confirmed that one of the longstanding stars of I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! is leaving the series after two decades.
Bob McCarron, the Australian medic known to fans of the reality show as Medic Bob, will not feature in I’m a Celebrity’s forthcoming 22nd series.
For the past two years, the series has been filmed in Gwrych Castle in Wales. However, for its next competition, I’m a Celebrity is returning to its usual filming location of the Australian jungle.
The Sun first reported that Medic Bob would be absent from the new series of I’m a Celeb, with the presenter reportedly too busy to feature.
A spokesperson for ITV said: “Bob will always be a friend to the show. We wish him all the very best and thank him for his hard work.”

As the hours pile up, the humor grows.
The fun intensified on BrainDead Season 1 Episode 3, and there were several laugh out loud moments spread throughout various cast members and across all political parties, proving neither Democrats nor Republicans have the monopoly on fun!
We also learned when two parties cross paths romantically, the sparks are palpable. Oooo weee!
Hell, I know I'm talking to myself. Nobody is reading this.
What a shame. BrainDead has smoothed out into a really fun summer show. When there are several clips along the way that I wish I could post to point to how clever and appealing a particular actor or turn of phrase wound up, that's a good sign.
But I daresay I'd have better luck writing about Sunday night game shows on ABC. You all lost that lovin' feeling for BrainDead.
Carrying on, talking to myself, enjoying my own material, saying all...

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! hosts Ant & Dec were left quaking in their jungle boots after a deadly snake was spotted on the show's drawbridge.
It has been revealed that a number of dangerous creatures have slithered through the jungle camp - and many have left celebrity casualties in their wake.
I'm a Celebrity medic Bob McCarron explained: "We have found some pretty interesting wildlife in camp this year.
"We have removed several rough-scaled snakes, which are highly venomous and very aggressive. One was found near the toilet in camp, one was discovered poolside and one was found on the drawbridge where Ant & Dec walk into camp."
He added: "We are always on the lookout for snakes and other dangerous animals - and we have a rigorous procedure to follow if anything is spotted.
"The team has removed three pythons from the camp, all during the night.

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! producers have revealed that a dangerous plague of ticks has descended on the jungle camp - and the celebrities will all face the mini menaces.
Show medic Bob McCarron described the micro ticks as "the most annoying thing on site this year".
"They're like a pin dot on your skin but the swelling they cause is as big as an apple," he explained.
"So far we have had 30 members of the crew affected. It's serious. In fact, I have just sent a crew member home for two days. He has a swelling on the back of his head that's half the size of an ostrich egg."
The celebrities will spend the next three weeks in the jungle camp surrounded by the ticks.
McCarron continued: "I have met all the celebrities and I told them, 'Half of you will be bitten by ticks'.

Fingers curl around bed posts. Heads are thrown back. Lips linger on stomachs. Legs intertwine each other. Bodies heave and clutch. Fingers grip hair. Wait, sorry, make that wet fingers. Wet fingers. Yeah, let it sink in. You’ll get there.
Bo and Lauren fall back against the bed, utterly spent. Sweaty, happy and exhausted. Let’s be honest, if you’re doing it right you’re always going to be exhausted. We’ve got questions, and you’ve (maybe) got answers! With another week of TV gone by, we’re lobbing queries left and right about shows including Girls, The Good Wife, New Girl and Supernatural!
1 | Could there a correlation between Andy Samberg’s rather random Saturday Night Live return/face time and the fact that he now has a sitcom pilot in contention?
2 | What did Girls‘ Allison Williams do to piss off Lena Dunham? Three episodes into Season 2 and her Marnie character has already endured a painfully awkward sex scene with a gay man and, this week, a threesome involving a doll!

This week on Grey’s Anatomy, Derek manages to save the ER. (Hurrah!) But it really doesn’t matter, because it turns out there’s no hope for the hospital. (Huh?) Allow me to explain…

The dream, as it is usually imagined and, in rare cases realized, is to leave behind the small town and shine in the bright lights of Hollywood. Turning that formula around, Thomas McCarthy proved that you can go home again -- and in doing so, achieved his greatest success to date with the Paul Giamatti-starring hit film "Win Win."
The film's genesis, McCarthy, an actor/writer/director perhaps most instantly recognizable as Dr. Bob from the "Meet the Parents" films, explained, was trading emails with his childhood friend Joe Tiboni. He was at that point practicing as a lawyer for the elderly in their hometown of New Providence, New Jersey, but McCarthy had been encouraging high school wrestling buddy to turn the funny stories he had been relaying into screenwriting form.
"I've known Joe since I was 13 and I never anticipated that from Joe I'd get material that I'd say,...

Amy Ryan is an actress who is possessed of impeccable instincts about her choice of roles on television (The Wire, The Office) and in features (Gone Baby Gone, Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead). She co-stars with Paul Giamatti in director Tom McCarthy’s Sundance hit Win Win, which opens in the UK this Friday, and in July she appears with Philip Seymour Hoffman in his assured directorial debut Jack Goes Boating. I spoke with Ms. Ryan recently about Win Win, her career to date, and what interests her when choosing parts.

Paul Giamatti playing a stressed out attorney who moonlights as a high-school wrestling coach? Sounds about right. Giamatti's character suffering a panic attack while out for a run? Also not surprising. Fellow jogger Bobby Cannavale literally mounting Giamatti to warm him up after said panic attack? Well, we weren't exactly expecting that... but that's exactly the spectacle we're treated to in the below exclusive clip from the Fox Searchlight comedy "Win Win," currently showing at this year's Sundance Film Festival.
Written and directed by Thomas McCarthy -- a.k.a. the guy who plays Dr. Bob from "Meet the Parents" and "Little Fockers" -- "Win Win" stars Giamatti as struggling lawyer and volunteer high-school wrestling coach Mike Flaherty, who takes on guardianship of an elderly client in a desperate last-ditch effort to keep his law practice afloat. Things begin to look up for Mike when the client's teenage grandson (Alex Shaffer) runs away from home,...

So, finally the third sequel is out and now it’s not about meeting the parents, it’s all about the children. Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) received a promotion at the hospital in a leading position and Pam (Teri Polo) is at home taking care of the children. With their lives in constant motion, Pam and Greg rearly have time for each other. Jack Byrnes (Robert De Niro) just found out the tragic news that his favorite son-in-law, Dr. Bob (Tom McCarthy II) had relations outside of the marriage with his daughter. Dr. Bob and his wife didn’t spend must time together either, so when Jack and Dina (Blythe Danner) come over to visit, he opens up his eagle eyes again on Greg. Meanwhile, Greg meets a pharmacuetical rep, Andi Garcia (Jessica Alba), who is young and full of life. She wants him the speaker for...

A laugh track would have been useful for much of Little Fockers, the latest in the Meet the Parents Saga. At the helm for this outing is Paul Weitz who has made several sharper comedies including About a Boy, In Good Company and American Dreamz. Here there is no parody, no targets; the character driven humor that comes out of revaluations has been sucked dry. When a network sitcom isn’t working the last ditch effort to save it is to bring in kids (check) and bring in guest stars (added to the cast are underused stars Jessica Alba, Owen Wilson, Harvey Keitel, and Laura Dern). Unnecessary is a kind word to describe a sitcom with lots of boring “situation” and little comedy.
Simple is the setup: former CIA agent Jack Byrnes (Robert De Niro) perhaps influenced by the Bush administration grows weary of his “legacy” and the “Byrnes name” – after his other son-in-law,...

It seems that with most film franchises and series the old adage “the third time’s the charm” does not hold true. From Spider-man 3 to Godfather 3 most have struck out at their third time at bat. Such is the case of Little Fockers that follow-up to 2004′s Meet The Fockers, a sequel to 2000′s Meet The Parents. The last film brought a bit of new life to the comedy series by the introduction of Greg (Gaylord) Focker’s parents, but this new entry introducing his twins doesn’t really inject much life in the formula established in the original 2000 film.
This time around we find Greg (Ben Stiller) and Pam (Teri Polo) trying to make ends meet while raising their twins Henry and Samantha. Greg’s heading the nursing staff at a Chicago hospital and decides to moonlight for a pharmaceutical firm repped by the young and lovely Andi Garcia( Like the macho actor!

The third installment of the Meet the Parents series, Little Fockers, is about to hit theaters and the Byrnes family .Circle of Trust. is still intact . well kind of. Turns out Dr. Bob couldn.t live up to Jack.s (Robert De Niro) expectations, so now Jack is keeping an even sharper eye on Greg (Ben Stiller). Greg keeps telling Jack that he and Pam (Teri Polo) have their own thing going on and it works, but now that Kevin is back in the picture and Greg is spending a lot of time with the beautiful drug rep Andi Garcia (Jessica Alba), Jack is on high alert. The press conference with Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro was the exact opposite of the one with their co-stars Owen Wilson and Dustin Hoffman; it was quite orderly. The press may not have received any French fries, but the actors did have...

Staff working on the ITV show are thought to have caught 30 of the slithering creatures in the last few days, but fear there could be many more lurking around the site.
