- Tokyo-born Akihiko Matsumoto is a two-time Japan Academy Award-winning composer best known for the music of "Bayside Shakedown", "Summer Wars", "Dirty Hearts", and "Resident Evil: Outbreak".
Starting his career as a music producer in 1987, Akihiko Matsumoto has arranged and produced music for prominent acts, including Koji Tamaki, Southern Allstars, and Masaharu Fukuyama.
