Arthur M. Lieberman, a New York City native, attended Stuyvesant High
School, where he graduated at 16 years old. He went on to attend
Cornell University where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Mu
fraternity. He transferred to New York University and graduated with
honors in electrical engineering.
Mr. Lieberman joined the US Air Force and was stationed at Westover Air
Force base in Massachusetts, retiring a Captain. Upon completion of his
military service, Mr. Lieberman worked for ITT while attending Brooklyn
Law School at night. Upon graduation, he joined the law firm Hopgood
Calimafde, practicing intellectual property law which became his
specialty. He made partner in four years becoming a respected licensing
expert and patent litigator. Arthur then founded the intellectual
property firm, Lieberman & Nowak.
Mr. Lieberman brought together warring factions to unite the Robert E.
Howard library of characters and create Conan the Barbarian and Red
Sonja movies. He parlayed that success into a partnership with comic
book legend Stan Lee and Gil Champion in POW! Entertainment.
