- Ada Leonard was born on July 22, 1915 in Lawton, Oklahoma, USA. She was an actress, known for My Dream Is Yours (1949), Meet the Missus (1937) and Forty Naughty Girls (1937). She died on November 29, 1997 in Santa Monica, California, USA.
- She was widowed twice, once having been married to her manager George L. McCall; then Dr. Harold Bernstein, one of the founders of the Reiss-Davis Clinic. Ada Leonard and her band also appeared regularly on KTTV television. In 1951, she launched a talent show on that station seeking talented women singers, titled "Search for Girls.".
