Henry Golding can’t quite believe it’s only been four months since “Crazy Rich Asians” hit theaters, became a box-office hit and (hopefully) helped change the “rules” in Hollywood. “It’s been insane. It’s been a complete sort of 180,” Golding tells Gold Derby in an exclusive video interview (watch above). “When you film the movie, you film a year in advance. … So when it came out in August, the playing field changed for a lot of people, not only people of color, but Asians specifically were spotlighted. And it was much to do [with] this little film.”
