- Prakash Mehra offered Feroz Khan the film Hera Pheri with Amitabh. Feroz refused the film as it would require him to work shift's on Sunday . As a rule, Feroz never worked on Sunday's.

Imtiaz claimed one of the reasons his film was shelved was because Reena Roy stopped giving her dates to the film. This was due to Imtiaz telling the press he was involved with her. This caused tension between her and Shatrughan Sinha.

- Feroz was on his way to Germany to pursue a course in Engineering. The film was shelved after reports of Feroz Khan interfering with the directors work. Feroz shot for some portions in 1979. When he went back to work after the release of Qurbani, he kept insisting on things being his way (camera movement, screenplay etc). The another producer took over after the death of Attam Prakash. The film was shelved for unknown reasons.
- Feroz Khan was very grateful to all those unknown film-makers who gave him breaks in all those small films because he believed he would not have come up without their building a foundation for him.

Music by Biddu and Raju Singj. The film was shelved a few month's later. Feroz earlier was making to make the same film with Fardeen Khan and Aishwarya with the title "Tera Saath Hain Kitna Pyaara". Hansal Mehta was trying to make a film titled "Shaadi.com" with Tabu in 1999/2000. He approached Akshaye Khanna and then Saif Ali Khan for the lead role. But the distributors were not interested due to both actor's having a bad run at the box office. The film was called off.
- In 2004 Feroz Khan bought the remake rights of Tamil film Kaakha Kaakha. He was to produce the film and cast Fardeen Khan in the lead role. After his demise the rights of the film lay with son Fardeen Khan. Fardeen gave the rights for free to Vipul Shah as nice gesture.
- After shelving " Qurbaan Tujhpe Mere Jaan" in 2000, Feroz Khan launched " Tera Saath Hain Kitna Pyaara". The film was to star Fardeen Khan and Aishwarya Rai. It was to be produced and directed by Feroz Khan. The films title was taken from a song from Feroz Khan's earlier hit film " Janbaaz"..Feroz ended up shelving the film when Aishwarya Rai opted out of the film. In the late 60's singer Geeta Dutt attempted to become a actress with a film titled Tera Saath Hain Kitna Pyaaara. The film ended up being shelved. Feroz attempted to restart the film with Fardeen and Celina with the title "Shaadi.com" , directed by Hansal Mehta. Feroz's ill health was the reason he dropped the film.
- In October 1999, Feroz Khan launched " Qurban Tujhpe Mere Jaan". The film was to star Ajay Devgan, Aishwarya Rai and Fardeen Khan. The big venture was to be produced and directed by Feroz Khan. It was a love story set with the backdrop of the film industry. After six months, Feroz decided to shelve the film. There was earlier a C grade film being made with a similar title. The shelved movie Star International's "Qurban Meri Jaan"(1988) Starring Javed Khan,Sahila Chadha, Music by N.Pandey, Directed by S. Azhar.

- Feroz's family dealt with horse breeding. Although they never had money to own horses, whenever Feroz found a stray horse he rode the horse back to their stable.
- Feroz Khan had one of the best stables of horses on his farm in Bangalore. There were several doctors and a staff to take care of them. He knew every horse by the name he had given it and he cried when anyone of them fell sick and went into mourning when any of them died.
