Played a spiteful, troublesome daughter opposite Patricia Neal on Broadway in "A Roomful of Roses". The play was then turned into a film the following year entitled Teenage Rebel (1956) with Betty Lou reprising her role opposite Ginger Rogers.
Retired following her marriage to actor Warren Berlinger in 1960. Raised a family of four.
