More than 500 star guests, 150 films from 40 countries, grandiose events and master classes from such star guests as Luc Besson, Johnny Depp, Sergey Bezrukov, Timur Bekmambetov, Armand Assante, Takeshi Kitano, Gosha Kutsenko, Burak Ozchivit and many others. The team of the Eurasian Creative Guild visited the film festival as a special guest and presented the British and Australian delegations. Officially, the British delegation was presented by director Ketan Mehta, actress Mamta Kaash, vice-chairman of ECG(London) Marat Akhmedjanov, organiser of the ECG Film Festival and Burabay Film Festival Vitalina Golovach, graduate of the London Film Academy and director Timur Akhmedjanov,editorial assistant for the OCA Magazine Sevara Rahimjanova and the winner of the X Literary contest "Open Eurasia" and writer Andrey Grodzinsky. Official Opening of the British Film Days was on September 16. On that day the screening of the important Indian-British film Mangal Pandey directed by Ketan Mehta about the heroism of the Indian people took place, which left a great impression on the entire cinema hall. On September 17, the Opening Ceremony of the "Australian Film Days" was held and the screening of the Australian film, the classic of cinema "What the moon saw", directed by Frank Howson. Before the show, the audience was able to enjoy the performance of national bands. On September 18 we held a meeting of the Eurasian Creative Guild and a presentation of Andrey Grodzinsky's book "In the eyes of a friend" with the support of the Marriott Courtyard hotel. The presentation took place in a significant place - Biblioteka Lounge Bar - where exactly 9 months ago we held the closing ceremony of the X Anniversary Literary Festival "Open Eurasia". More than 20 creative people joined the meeting, including the well-known film producer and director from the UK Mamta Kash. And also accept the new member of the Guild - the children's writer Elena Makarova. During the festival, Marat Akhmedjanov gave a master class on the topic "Independent Film Festivals of Eurasia" at the National Cinema House and presented our Eurasian ECG Film Festival and a new project - the Burabay Short Film Festival of Social Films. During the festival, members of the delegation managed to visit ancient Bukhara, sign a memorandum on the creation of a large-scale joint Uzbek-British-Indian feature film about the Great Bobur. The delegation also supported with their participation a documentary film about Sydney Jackson, created by a member of the guild from Uzbekistan, Boris Babaev.
