Vernice Klier is the first woman to graduate from Ringling Bros.
College of Clowns. Her B.A. in Literature and a teaching certificate in
Art I-12 allowed her to create "Basic Skills through Art" programs in
French Montessori Schools as well as for children-at-risk programs. A
graduate of the International School of Mime Marcel Marceau and a
private student for many years with Etienne Decroux, Vernice has also
taught movement for film animators and worked on animated films. As a
painter, she has helped clients discover their 'voice' through
extensive drawing and painting. Vernice is a guest Professor at the
Theatre Des Essais (an actor's studio in Paris) as well as at the L.A.
School of Design. She often coaches ensemble work (several actors at
once) for international films as well as coaching individual actors for
feature films. Vernice has had a major influence on the careers of a
significant number of world class actors.
