A technologist and many year veteran of the consumer electronics, digital media and motion picture industries who has returned to his roots in filmmaking.
He is a Producer on The Dean's Watch, a classic novel by Elizabeth Goudge and one of the great British works of fiction.
He is in development on several projects including films, historic and epic streaming series.
Previously, Brian created and directed the Connected Entertainment strategic initiative, a consumer electronics market "iTunes for the rest of us" global program for Zoran Corporation, world leader in the development of semiconductors and reference designs across a broad range of consumer media products. Brian has over 20 years experience in the building and selling of companies, creating software & mobile applications, electronics and associated media delivery systems, and has driven two M&A events in the process.
Brian has been instrumental in co-founding several entrepreneurial ventures doing mobile client and cloud services applications over the last several years including Vyou, Trusight, Enconcert and SOCXS while also consulting to Silicon Valley companies. Prior to his position as CEO at Sen-CE a consumer media play, Brian served in multiple management and product marketing positions, and has been responsible for creating and defining a variety of new video and audio products and services for the global consumer electronic market. He was responsible for creating, defining and executive producing the consumer experience and associated interfaces, media and campaigns these new products require for product launch, as well as hiring and managing the teams that created them. Brian has also managed business units driving revenues of close to $100M.
Born in Los Angeles of three generation entertainment family, Brian began his uniquely merged entertainment and technology careers by moving up the studio ladder with a variety of production roles on feature films such as "Mrs. Doubtfire," "Nine Months," "Beverly Hills Cop 3," "Joy Luck Club," and others. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
