The director is DJ Caruso (xXx: Return of Xander Cage), and the pic is produced by Mary Aloe, founder of Aloe Entertainment (Bruised), and Hannah Leader (Freud’s Last Session). Producing alongside were financiers Gillian Hormel (Bruised) of Ludascripts and Joshua Harris of PeachTree Media Partners (Not Without Hope).

Daisy Ridley has jumped on board a survival thriller, the next project from ‘1922’ filmmaker Zak Hilditch, ‘We Bury the Dead.’
The movie centres around grief, loss and the undead. Ridley plays Ava, a desperate woman whose husband is missing in the aftermath of a catastrophic military experiment. Hoping to find him alive, Ava joins a “body retrieval unit,” but her search takes a chilling turn when the corpses she’s burying start showing signs of life.

Written and directed by Hilditch, the film is produced by The Penguin Empire’s Kelvin Munro and Grant Sputore, who produced ‘I Am Mother,’ and Ross Dinerstein of Campfire Studios, who produces Netflix’s upcoming ‘Players.’
The film will be co-produced by Gramercy Park Media with the company’s Joshua Harris and Mark Fasano serving as producers, and Nathan Klingher and Ford Corbett executive producing.

After conducting tests in Brazil, Italy, India and South Korea earlier this year, Twitter has officially launched a disappearing messaging function called Fleets across its global platform.
In a blog post, Twitter Design Director Joshua Harris and Product Manager Sam Haveson wrote that the aim of the new option is to make users less self-conscious. “Some of you tell us that Tweeting is uncomfortable because it feels so public, so permanent, and like there’s so much pressure to rack up retweets and likes,” they wrote. “To help people feel more comfortable, we’ve been working on a lower pressure way for people to talk about what’s happening. According to Sky Sports, Crystal Palace Palace co-chairman Steve Parish and his fellow investors Steve Browett, Jeremy Hosking and Martin Long have secured a £100 million investment in the club after agreeing terms with Us investors Josh Harris and David Blitzer.
The report states that the deal will see Parish, Blitzer and Harris all retain an equal 18% share of the club with the remainder going to Browett, Hosking and Long (who will reduce their respective stakes in the club) and various other Us interests. This investment had long been deliberated over and it looked like the deal was going through late last year before talks cooled.
Parish had long discussed the need for investment to accelerate the growth of the club and this huge investment will primarily be used for the long-overdue development of Selhurst Park and the report claims that the Americans will put £50 million in for player recruitment.
