Twenty-three years after the beloved cult classic Dazed And Confused was released, writer/director Richard Linklater is giving us a spiritual sequel in the form of Everybody Wants Some!! which opens in theatres April 8th. While Dazed And Confused gave us a very slice of life look at High School in the 70s at the end of the school year, Everybody Wants Some!! gives us a brief glimpse of College in the 80s at the beginning of the semester for a group of freshman. Set in 1980, the film follows the hilarious shenanigans of a Texas college baseball team during the weekend before class starts. We Are Movie Geeks caught up with three of the cast members ahead of the movie’s release. Blake Jenner (Jake), Tyler Hoechlin (McReynolds) and Ryan Guzman (Roper) sat down with Tom Stockman to talk about their film and what’s it’s like working for Richard Linklater.

Love is in the air for Gina Rodriguez. E! News can confirm the Jane the Virgin star is dating actor Ben Schwartz. Just this past weekend, Hollywood's newest pair was spotted together at the Staples Center in Los Angeles attending a boxing match between Danny Garcia and Robert Guerrero. "She thinks he is so great and all her friends love him." While many fans will recognize Gina for her Golden Globe winning role as Jane Villanueva in Jane the Virgin, Ben is also a familiar face to the small screen. In addition to appearing...

Wbc Welterweight champion Robert Guerrero was arrested Thursday at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, as he tried to take a gun onto his flight, the La Times reports.
Police say Guerrero attempted to check baggage that included an unloaded .40-caliber handgun, along with three unloaded magazines. Though the gun was registered in California, it's illegal to carry a weapon in New York, if it's not licensed in the state.
Queens District Attorney Richard Brown hammered that point home in a statement, saying, "I hope that Mr. Guerrero fights better than he thinks." Brown continues, "For anyone who hasn't gotten the message, let me be crystal clear: You cannot bring an unlicensed weapon -- loaded or unloaded -- into this county or this city. And if you do, you will be arrested and face felony charges."

The days are numbered for when we find out who “Money” Mayweather will be fighting in this next bout.
Floyd Mayweather Jr. has continued to lead us on time and time again over who he will be fighting on May 4. There have been speculations that he will be fighting undefeated Mexican superstar and Wbc Light Middleweight Champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez. Mayweather has also stated on Twitter that he was close to securing a unification fight with Ibf Light Welterweight Champion Devon Alexander.
According to sources close to Mayweather, however, it is neither of those two who will be sharing the ring with the pound for pound king. The leading candidate at this moment seems to be none other than interim Wbc Welterweight Champion Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero. Guerrero has been calling out Floyd for the past few years, and it appears that it has finally gone through to him.

Here's a grat collection of screenshots and a few trailers from the new boxing video game Fight Night: Champion show you the detailed realistic damage that you can inflict on your boxing oponent. I've always been a big fan of these Fight Night games, and it looks like they've once again taken it to a whole new level bloody boxing carnage.
The single-player mode is intended to recreate the dramatic and emotional aspects of the sport.
A new mode called "Champion Mode" will be featured in the game. It revolves around a storyline which follows a boxer named Andre Bishop. Most other modes, such as Legacy Mode (the career mode of the series) are expected to return.
EA is promising a refined physics-based animation system and a new "Full Spectrum Punch Control" scheme. There will also be a demo launching on both Xbox Live and Psn on the 1st of February.
