Rachel Lea Grundfast
- Actress
Rachel was born in New Jersey, but moved to Houston Tx. at a very young
age. She started singing before she could even talk, and always had a
natural flair for performing, whether it be acting music. When she was
about 9, she moved to Savannah, Ga. and it was there that she made her
foray into motion pictures. She responded to a casting call for a young
actress from the Savannah area to play Matthew Broderick's sister in
the film, "Glory". Although all of her speaking scenes met their fate
on the cutting room floor, she still appears in one scene of the movie,
waving to the troops; it's her only motion picture appearance. But of
course, Kevin Costner's scenes were entirely cut out "The Big Chill",
in the editing room, but he went on to superstardom, so who knows what
could happen with Miss Grundfast. from a balcony.
