Arnold Friberg was a famous, celebrated American artist during the
mid-20th Century who was hired by Cecil B. DeMille to provide
production drawings and paintings and conceptual art in the making of
"The Ten Commandments" (1956). In this capacity he was an assistant Art
Director. He also was given the task of creating all the paintings for
the original souvenir program book, and some of the movie poster
artwork, for the film.
