Brunette leading lady of silent westerns and melodramas, with First National, American and PDC in the 1920s. Among the actors she appeared opposite were
Hoot Gibson,
Buck Jones,
John Wayne and
Ken Maynard. She arrived in Hollywood in 1919 on the strength of having won a :Motion Picture Classic" magazine's Fame and Fortune Contest. Despite having a good voice, she did not do particularly well in sound pictures and restricted her later performances to radio (in Chicago) and vaudeville.
