Unable to stop Grindelwald alone, Dumbledore entrusts Magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) to lead an intrepid team of wizards, witches and one brave Muggle baker on a dangerous mission, where they encounter old and new beasts and clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers. But with the stakes so high, how long can Dumbledore remain on the sidelines?

It all started with The Boy Who Lived in June 1997. J.K. Rowling’s magical series took off from there, and it wasn’t until 2007 that all seven books in the series could be read consecutively without waiting for the next release.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the first film released in 2002, and the “Fantastic Beasts” film franchise has taken the timeline even further, serving as a prequel to Harry’s time at Hogwarts. Chicago – The elements of the Fantastic Beasts franchise that work at all are the ones most closely connected to the larger world of Harry Potter that enchanted the hearts and minds of millions in the first place. In “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore,” it’s ostensible main character Newt Scamander demoted to supporting character while Dumbledore is now front and center.
Rating: 3.0/5.0
After dropping in for only a handful of scenes in the first two films, Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) is all over this movie and is the driving narrative force of this installment. That’s not a bad thing since the film pivots towards the most interesting element, and the only reason anyone gives two licks about anything that happens here … and Law gets the character just right.

Following the Wizarding World Universe canon seems to be a complicated thing, especially when the author of said universe is constantly changing it. The last film Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald seemed to throw out everything audiences knew about the history of the Harry Potter universe and created a mess as a result. Though there are still a lot of canonical problems, The Secrets of Dumbledore does try to right some wrongs by finally answering questions lingering for fans—including about Credence’s (Eza Miller) family history, Queenie’s (Alison Sudol) sudden heel turn, and who is Jessica Williams’ character we randomly saw instructing the immortal wizard Nicolas Flamel in the last movie?
Set prior to the events of World War II, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore finds Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) and Grindelwald (now Mads Mikkelsen) attempting to mediate Grindelwald’s plans to overthrow the Muggle world.

Sabrina Spellman is headed to Riverdale.
After years of teases from the creative forces behind the franchise, we have confirmation that Kiernan Shipka will be suiting back up as the character on Riverdale Season 6.
Riverdale writer Evan Kyle first broke the news during a Q&a on The Dipp after Wednesday's season finale, but showrunner Roberto Aguirre Sacasa confirmed the development to EW.
"We've been talking about having Sabrina visit Riverdale since season 1, so it's thrilling that this is finally happening, as part of our 'Rivervale' special event," Aguirre-Sacasa said to the outlet.
"It's also perfect that she shows up to help Cheryl Blossom during her hour of greatest need. Everyone on set lost their minds — I think fans will, too. It's really fun and special."
The character will stop by on Riverdale Season 6 Episode 4, which is called "The Witching Hour(s)" according to the outlet.

Netflix has apologized following backlash at a tweet shared by Chilling Adventures of Sabrina's official Twitter account.

The caption on the post read: "Sunday bloody Sunday."
Bloody Sunday refers to the Bogside Massacre of 1972, in which 14 people were shot and killed by British soldiers during a protest in Derry, Northern Ireland.
Followers quickly hit out at the Twitter account because of the way the post was worded, prompting Netflix to swiftly delete the offending post.
“I think at least someone behind this account should perhaps look at the replies and maybe Google ‘Bloody Sunday’,” another added.
“Please take a minute to read your caption, then put it into google. Then apologise to your Irish fans and anyone who was affected by the atrocities,” wrote another user in the comments section.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has always been keen to distance itself from the previous most famous adaptation of the Archie Comics character, classic 90s sitcom Sabrina the Teenage Witch. But the upcoming fourth and final season will tip its hat to that iconic show by bringing back two of its stars to reprise their roles. Namely, Beth Broderick and Caroline Rhea are returning as the old school version of Aunts Zelda and Hilda.
In this first clip from Caos Part 4, Kiernan Shipka’s Sabrina Spellman finds herself in some kind of weird, dream reality where she’s greeted by two women claiming to be her aunts. Broderick and Rhea recreate the personalities of their sitcom characters, with the latter even getting to crack a gag, which gets a canned laughter response, leaving Sabrina confused as to where the laughs are coming from.

Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina may be ending, but the final episodes will bring back some familar faces for fans who watched the original TV show.
In Part 4 of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Beth Broderick and Caroline Rhea reprise their iconic roles as Aunt Zelda and Aunt Hilda...but with a twist!
In a newly released clip, Sabrina Morningstar is surprised by her new aunties look- oddly familiar, but something weird is definitely going on! Broderick and Rhea originated the onscreen roles of Aunt Zelda & Aunt Hilda in the 1990's Television Series Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
Yep, Sabrina is in an alternate universe in this wild clip, but it's so much fun to watch.

Sabrina’s Aunt Hilda and Aunt Zelda will be looking a lot different (but probably very familiar) to Netflix’s “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” fans when Caroline Rhea and Beth Broderick — who played Melissa Joan Hart’s aunties on the ’90s sitcom “Sabrina the Teenage Witch” — take on the roles for an episode of the show’s upcoming fourth and final season.

The first full trailer for Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Part 4 is finally here. Tragically, Netflix announced they were pulling the plug on the hit Archie Comics adaptation a few months back, which means that this next run will turn out to be the show’s last season. It wasn’t imagined that way, but judging by this preview, it’s going to be suitably finale-sized as the stakes have been raised higher than ever.
The trouble starts on Sabrina Spellman’s (Kiernan Shipka) birthday, and soon it’s revealed that something called The Void is threatening to bring about “the end of all things,” as Cousin Ambrose (Chance Perdomo) dramatically puts it. This leads Sabrina to return to hell to visit Sabrina Morningstar (her other half who remained on as the Queen of Hell in season 3 – remember?) to get her help in saving the day. Unfortunately, however, Father Blackwood (Richard Coyle...

It's sad but it's true:
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has been canceled, but we still have another batch of episodes to watch.
Netflix on Thursday dropped the official trailer for the last-ever installments, and it's going to be a wild ride.
As for what they're about, the streamer has also dropped the following plot details:
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina re-imagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Over the course of Part 4’s eight episodes, The Eldritch Terrors will descend upon Greendale.
The coven must fight each terrifying threat one-by-one, all leading up to...The Void, which is the End of All Things.

“Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” will end its wicked tale on New Year’s Eve when the Netflix series launches its final season. And before all is said and done, Nick Scratch (Gavin Leatherwood) will promise Sabrina Spellman (Kiernan Shipka) that they are “endgame.” Now whether or not they both make it to the end of what appears to be a very intense season-long battle remains to be seen.
Nick makes this declaration to Sabrina in the trailer for the fourth and final season of “Sabrina,” which Netflix dropped Thursday, as the coven is battling the Eldritch Terrors with a little help from Sabrina. No, not that Sabrina, the Sabrina who is currently ruling in Hell. Yes, Sabrina travels down below to get some assistance from her double in stopping “The Void,” which is the baddest of the big bads this season and what Sabrina’s cousin, Ambrose (Chance Perdomo) calls “the end of all things.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa is teasing an exciting announcement to come for the soon-to-conclude Netflix series.
Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa took to Instagram earlier this week to wish Chance Perdomo, who portrays Ambrose on the series, a happy birthday.
"Happy October birthday to [Chance Perdomo]! I Love this picture of him and [Kiernan Shipka] from our first day of shooting!"
Aguirre-Sacasa added, "You're such a light, Chance, I'm so happy you're in my life and in the world! P.S. Is Chance's birthday a good enough reason to tease that some extremely wicked #SabrinaNetflix news is coming very, very soon??"
The announcement is very likely to be a premiere date for the final batch of episodes, but there's a glimmer of hope it could be something more.
Netflix officially swung the axe on Chilling Adventures of Sabrina earlier this year, confirming that it would wrap up after its fourth part.

Netflix made the controversial decision to cancel Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Wednesday night after two super-sized seasons that were split up into four parts.
Three of those parts have already aired, meaning that fans still have eight episodes to look forward to later this year.

“Final Part Lets Gooo Witches!!!!!!!”
Series creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa also opened up about the demise of the series.

What is going on with Netflix?
Another established and popular series has been canceled.
The streamer announced today that once Part Four airs, there will be no more Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
A Greg Berlanti production from Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, the series is a spinoff from The CW's Riverdale.
Featuring a fantastic cast, including Kiernan Shipka, Miranda Otto, Lucy Davis, Chance Perdomo, Richard Coyle, and Michelle Gomez, among others, the first season was released in October 2018.
Shipka stars as Sabrina Spellman, a teenager half-witch/half-human who must embrace her supernatural side to save the world from doom.
The plucky heroine doesn't fully set aside her established life as a high school student to dapple with the devil (her father), though, and she calls on her friends and family to help with her various adventures.
Now, when the series returns for its final eight episodes later this year, the story will be over.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will end its run with its upcoming Part 4, which will be released in late 2020, leading to “a spooky, sexy & supernatural series finale,” Netflix announced Wednesday, realizing first-look images from the series’ final chapter.
Originally developed for the CW, the Riverdale offshoot migrated to Netflix when the streamer offered a two-season order. The show’s seasons, referred to as Parts, ranged from 11 episodes, including a holiday special, in Part 1, 9 episodes in Part 2 and 8 each in Parts 3 and 4.
This is a typical lifespan for a successful recent Netflix scripted series; Ozark, one of the streamer’s most popular dramas, was just renewed for a fourth and final season. Sabrina‘s end date comes a few days after the other Riverdale offshoot, the CW’s Katy Keene, was canceled after one season. It is unclear whether any characters from either ending series would make their way to the mothership Riverdale.

A brand new TV series revolving around vampires is currently in development armed with a very intriguing premise. From what we understand, the show will feature Dracula in a lead role and Jason Momoa is reportedly being eyed for the part.
Every time you think the industry has moved on from the vampire genre, a studio attempts to resurrect the fad with a new movie or television show. This new program from Warner Brothers TV, however, looks like it’ll be much different than previous titles featuring the classic monster, as it’s been described as a sexy contemporary reimagining of Dracula as a family drama with a trio of powerful female leads. Titled The Brides, it’ll apparently have strong horror elements and follow the empowered, immortal women maintaining their wealth, prestige, legacy and their non-traditional family.

Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) is telling her friends to go to Hell, literally, in the new trailer for the upcoming third season of Netflix’s “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.” Of course, she’s leading the group and the trip is obviously for a good cause: to save her boyfriend Nick (Gavin Leatherwood), who currently has her father, Lucifer (Luke Cook) trapped inside his body.
But once Sabrina gets down there it seems like she’s going to have a rather hard time leaving — as she’s expected to take over her father’s throne in his absence. Yes, our young teen witch is about to become a teen queen, Queen of Hell, that is, and she needs to join the family business to keep her coven and the residents of Greendale safe,
Watch the trailer above to get a taste of how this is all going to play out.

Sabrina is headed to Hell.
That's the main takeaway from the music video Netflix dropped Thursday promoting the highly-anticipated return of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, which bows Friday, January 24, on the streamer.
All episodes will be made available that day, and it sure looks like there is going to be more drama than ever before for our teenage witch.
Sabrina wants to save her boyfriend, the loveable Nick Scratch, from Satan, aka her biological father, but that brings its fair share amount of problems for everyone concerned.
You see, Satan is taking up residence in Nick's body, meaning that his fate is very much up in the air. Will they be able to save him before it's too late?
What we do know is that Sabrina will have some friends along for the ride, as well as her family. They're all going to the devilish location together -- including Sabrina's ex-boyfriend,...

And now, in advance of that momentous television event, Netflix has released a sexy little music video which previews the supernatural shenanigans awaiting Sabrina & Co. later this month.

The witch is back — and this time, with a track.
Netflix released the music video for the upcoming third season of “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” Thursday morning, in which Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) and the band Lovecraft perform their original song “Straight to Hell.” And while this is not a trailer in the traditional sense, the almost 3-minute video features first-look footage from Season 3.
In the music video, which you can view above, Sabrina sings about how when it comes to love, she’s “going straight to hell.” And heck, we can’t blame her, seeing as her boyfriend, Nick (Gavin Leatherwood) is currently stuck down there, with her father, Lucifer (Luke Cook), trapped inside his body. Yeah, so, she might wanna venture down there soon to save him.
