The Voice host Carson Daly witness the beginning of Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s romance. The couple met on the show while each was going through a difficult divorce. Now, Shelton and Stefani are married. And years ago, Daly said that Shelton was completely “miserable” filming The Voice in Los Angeles before Stefani came along.
‘The Voice’ host Carson Daly said Blake Shelton was ‘miserable’ in Los Angeles before his romance with Gwen Stefani
The Voice host Carson Daly is good friends with Blake Shelton, and he witnessed Shelton fall in love with No Doubt frontwoman Gwen Stefani. Daly, Shelton, Stefani, and John Legend spoke on Kelly Clarkson’s talk show in November 2019, and Shelton and Stefani’s relationship came up. According to Daly, Shelton was like a fish out of water in LA, as he’s a countryman from Oklahoma. But everything changed when he “started fornicating” with Stefani.

Because the royal family is in the spotlight so much, some fans wonder what their personal lives are really like behind closed doors. Some questions include: How much do their staffers have to do for them, and do they eat the same foods the rest of us do?
Well someone who used to work for the family has answered those questions and revealed why one royal needed to go to the emergency room during a dinner.

While most people hope to connect with loved ones during a reading from psychic medium and reality TV star Matt Fraser, he admits some people hope he can connect them with their favorite dead celebrity.
Fraser recently said that psychic readings only work when the person had a true connection to the individual on the other side. But it still doesn’t stop some people from asking if they can talk to someone like Marilyn Monroe or Frank Sinatra.
Psychic Matt Fraser can’t just summon Elvis
“People think that they can come to a medium and that they can just go and talk to whoever they want,” Fraser said on the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast. “Like for example, there was this one person who came to me who said that Elvis was their spirit guide. And they have all these conversations with Elvis.”

The Shield #1
Written by Adam Christopher and Chuck Wendig
Art by Drew Johnson
Colors by Kelly Fitzpatrick
Letters by Rachel Deering
Published by Archie/Dark Circle Comics
After the success of The Fox and Black Hood, the Dark Circle superhero imprint of Archie brings back the Shield, who has the historical distinction of being one of the first superheroes to wear the American flag back in January 1940. This was 11 months before Captain America made his Joe Simon and Jack Kirby created debut for Timely, later Marvel, Comics. This new take on the Shield stars a teenage girl named Victoria Adams, who remembers fighting and dying in basically all American wars from the American Revolution onward as she spends most of the issue on the run from the police, FBI, and an unnamed chaos-obsessed villain, who may be The Shield #1’s weak link. Writers Adam Christopher (sci-fi noir novel Made to...

If I had to describe Empire State in my own words, I’d be at a complete loss except for the following: read Empire State. At the heart of Adam Christopher’s fine debut novel is a crime noir escapade set during prohibition era Manhattan with superheroes…except it’s not. There’s a nod to the excellent Inception and to the even more excellent Dark City, but Mr. Christopher mashed several of these themes and made a new Frankenstein out of it that is much more than the sum of its parts.
Empire State follows the day and life of Rad Bradley, a down on his luck detective hired to find the missing love of a socialite. And that’s as far as reality goes. Between dueling superheroes tearing the fabric of space and time to characters meeting their alternate universe doubles, Mr. Christopher takes the reader on a...

Is this a tell-take sign that Ghostbusters 3 is finally gearing up for production?
A fan of our site, Adam Christopher, has unearthed a blog called Toys & Gadgets which is running an image grab (see below) from what looks like an official Sony press release from the Licensing International Expo currently running in Las Vegas, which states that Ghosterbusters 3 will be arriving in 2013!
Wow! Wonder if Bill Murray has finally given in after months of uncertainty and signed on. We’ll keep you posted if we hear any further developments, but it’s probably safe to say that if this is indeed true, Sony will be in the process of making some kind of announcement very soon. Fingers crossed!
