Danny Braet started his career as lead artist at Grid VFX in Belgium,
where he worked on commercials, music videos and other broadcast
projects. He migrated to the US in early 1997, through a work offer
from Digital Domain who saw his potential as a multi talented artist.
Danny has continued his journey on many different features and
commercials and has been fortunate enough to have been able to work on
some high praised projects such as The Aviator, Memoires of a Geisha
and more.
Serving in a supervisory roll in the last few years has allowed him to
be directly responsible for visual effects on set and daily interaction
with directors and studio producers to guide projects to its final
state.
Danny has continued to strife for a skill set that expands over many
aspects that are needed by the visual effects industry without
sacrificing complexity and quality.
