- Reinhold Bernt was born on December 19, 1902 in Berlin, Germany. He was an actor and writer, known for Das Millionending (1966), The Blue Angel (1930) and Sein Traum vom Grand Prix (1968). He died on October 26, 1981 in West Berlin, West Germany.
- Younger brother of the actor Gerhard Bienert.
- German stage and screen supporting actor, who began with leading roles in films of the early 1930's. He also worked as an assistant director and wrote scripts for the popular Bavarian comedy duo Karl Valentin and Lisl Karlstadt.

- He began his career at the theater in Stuttgart, afterwards he went to Berlin where he founded the theater group "Gruppe junger Schauspieler" to which also belonged his brother, the actor Gerhard Bienert.
- After the war he first worked on stage again, from 1947 followed roles in front of the camera again.
