Jeff taunted Sammy, slapping him in the face. Sammy fired back with a slap of his own, refusing to back down. Jeff Hardy pulled a ladder out from beneath the ring, but Sammy dropkicked it into Jeff’s face! Jeff whipped Sammy into the guardrail. Jeff flew off the apron and wiped out Sammy on the floor. Sammy connected with a knee strike on the apron. Sammy nailed Jeff with a thrust kick. Sammy followed up with a foot stomp on the apron! Jeff lunged at Sammy with a dropkick.

Keith and Kingston traded shots, with Eddie rocking Keith with knees to the face. Both tried for suplexes but neither man budged. Outside the ring, Keith whipped Kingston into the barricade, with Kingston’s right arm and shoulder taking the brunt of it. Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which is a Short five-match card… and let’s just say I’m loving the shorter shows. So let’s get right to it!
Match #1: Penelope Ford def. Alice Crowley
My Thoughts: Nice to see Penelope Ford in action once again and, as commentary pointed out, she looked rather more aggressive in this one than usual. This was pretty much a squash match for Ford, hopefully to build her numbers and get her back into the main event picture.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Darius Martin & Matt Sydal def. Cezar Bononi & Ryan Nemeth
My Thoughts: Another good outing for the team of Darius Martin & Matt Sydal, though I appreciated that this one went a Lot longer than their Elevation match this week! Cezar Bononi & Ryan Nemeth are the wrong kind of opponents for Martin and Sydal though…
