Artists and Models

by miran_kor | created - 23 Oct 2014 | updated - 3 months ago | Public

Under construction and always in progress!!!

This is just another (very) personal 'project' of mine. To see as many as possible is my goal (and sweet dream).

Films about painters and sculptors, and sometimes about their models, too. And films about their art works (legacy) as well. Very famous, less famous and even some completely fictional. It's all about their art (and their tormented souls)!

All the films I've seen and those I haven't (but would like to).

Caution (for possible readers)! This will take me ages to compile. My memory is faulty (and gettting worse by the day).

In rough chronological order.

With my humble rates for the ones I've seen.

Also, films NOT listed at IMDb (as of yet):

Jordan (Jakov Sedlar, 1983, doc, sh) - 7/10 (FF)

Also, films listed at IMDb but the new (improved, LOL) search function can't find them for this list (as of yet): ...

Notes:

  • Features, documentaries, shorts, TV movies and TV mini-series (up to 5 parts) eligible. 'Regular' (longer) TV series are NOT.
  • My rates are (as always) based on the overall Cinematic quality (as I perceive it) and not on the content itself. Fans of particular films (and especially this very topic) should always keeep this in mind.
