Votes: 6,133 | Gross: $4.61M

This is a heart wrenching movie about Aids at it's beginning in America. Not for everyone, though I think it's the most honest film about HIV/Aids ever made to date.

Say what you want about Gwyneth, but I've watched this movie time and time again! It speaks to me about choices we make and don't make, but destiny brings us full circle.

Votes: 115,920 | Gross: $1.11M

Lots of language and probably the most quotable lines from a movie ever...if you swear a lot! A classic not to be missed if you ever dealt with mean people in High School!

Director: Herbert Ross | Stars: Shirley MacLaine, Olympia Dukakis, Sally Field, Julia Roberts

Votes: 63,100 | Gross: $83.76M

And the second movie with Sally Field as a character I like, the movie - not her acting! A great ensemble cast and sure it's melodramatic and there is a bit, okay a lot, of over acting in the movie - but I still like the movie.

8. Doing Time on Maple Drive (1992 TV Movie)

92 min | Drama

A young college student, his family's "golden child," brings his fiancee home to meet them.

Director: Ken Olin | Stars: James Sikking, Bibi Besch, William McNamara, Jayne Brook

Votes: 2,434

This is a HIGH drama movie with Jim Carrey in a dramatic role. He's not the main character, but he really can act...REALLY! The movie revolves around a family (who wants to look perfect to the world) and the 'favorite' son about to get married...anything else I say would ruin it for you. Just know the 'perfect' family isn't so perfect.

9. Easy A (2010)

Votes: 418,134 | Gross: $58.40M

I LOVE this movie...seriously LOVE this movie. Again, it's a movie about High School and how vicious it can be...do you think I have some unresolved anger issues about HS? Probably! LOL To have so many talented actors in one movie, it's not difficult to understand why I enjoy this movie so much. Emma Stone, Stanley Tucci, Patricia Clarkson, Thomas Haden Church, Lisa Kudrow, Amanda Bynes - okay, give Amanda a break...I love her, always have and always will...so deal people. It's so funny and truly makes me guffaw...yes, I said guffaw...look it up!

62 Metascore

Director: David Frankel | Stars: Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Adrian Grenier, Emily Blunt

Votes: 467,342 | Gross: $124.74M

Funny movie...another amazing cast! The stellar Meryl Streep...is she not simply talented beyond belief?! She can play any character she's asked to play. And talk about grace and dignity - she's the Katherine Hepburn of our generation...but I digress. Anne Hathaway gives a great performance and I loved her since The Princess Diaries. And let's not forget Stanley Tucci...I must have a thing for him?! LOL He is fabulous!

Votes: 212,587 | Gross: $33.41M

Cate Blanchett...OMG! I doubt I have ever seen any actor in my life deserve the Oscar more! Don't see the movie if you're not in a good place emotionally, but wow. Great tragic movie.
