Top Ten Most Sick Movies
I find that a lot of extreme movies that have indeed disturbed me, mainly disgusted me. These movies are definitely disturbing on some level, but my reaction to them was a mixture of total shock, nausea and just flat out disgust. So here's my current top ten most sick movies.

- DirectorLucifer ValentineStarsA. BelleThe Black Angels of HellHoneyA girl with disturbing hallucinations continues her downward spiral into hell. Not for the faint of heart. This is it, number one! Urgh, give me a moment to regain myself, this movie single handedly traumatised me to the point that I was a mess. If I struggled with August Underground’s Mordum, I was going to suffer with this one. I have yet to see any of Lucifer Valentine’s other movies, but honestly, I don’t think they can get any worse than this one.
There is no story, at least not a linear one. It’s just an experience. A terrible, terrible experience. One which I had to stop repeatedly and dry heave into a toilet. No movie has ever made me feel that close to actually vomiting, but I had a real fear with this one. My eyes were constantly watering, my whole body shaking, every part of me screaming to just stop the movie. By the end of the movie, my chest felt like it was going to collapse, and I had somehow moved my body to the fetal position. It doesn't get any more brutal than this. - DirectorMarian DoraStarsZenza RaggiCarsten FrankFrank OliverTwo friends meet again to share their last days in an old house where everything happened a long time ago. They gather a group of people, which results in a disastrous turn of events, during which reveals the deepest human depths.Marian Dora made another movie, one that makes Cannibal look like a Disney film. Goddamn!
I watched this without German subs, so I don’t know what the hell was going on. From what I gather, two German guys (one of them Mr. Meiwes from Cannibal) get a bunch of people together and just horrible stuff happens. The movie progressively gets more and more disgusting, with stacks of rape, perversions and really explicit ugly sex. And LOTS of animal cruelty too. I had to cover my face with my hands a lot in this movie. The final third is pure depravity, with piss and *beep* to boot. This is two hours of sick cinema. Yet it’s shot in a very pretty way. Hmmmm, go figure.
I really didn’t like this one. I don’t know what the message of this film is, and I don’t wanna know. Urgh, it’s making me sick just thinking about it. You will want to shower after watching this. - DirectorJerami CruiseKilljoyMichael Todd SchneiderStarsCristie WhilesFred VogelMichael Todd SchneiderTwo friends bring along a newcomer to go on a killing spree. The first one was in my most disturbing list, but this one is my sick list. We watch a bunch of killers go around and do the most dreadful things to one another. The shocking things these people do will make you drop your jaw. I struggled so hard to watch this, it took me multiple attempts to get through it. I also believe it has one of the most shocking imagery you’ll ever see in one quick scene. You’ll find it listed everywhere on the interest, but I won’t mention it here. What I will mention, is there is a scene where a girl vomits on two helpless victims for like 20 mins or something. It nearly made me vomit. I kid you not, I had to stop the movie and get some water to try and keep my lunch down. This movie is sick.
- DirectorAndrey IskanovStarsTetsuro SakagamiTomoya OkamotoYukari FujimotoA graphic docu-drama detailing the history of Unit 731, where thousands of innocent Chinese prisoners of war were fatally experimented on.Confession time, I have not watched this whole movie yet. No no, you can't judge me for that, listen, since it goes for 249 mins, you’ll forgive me for that. From what I’ve seen, this movie takes what Men Behind the Sun did, and extends it for as long as possible, through dramatisations of the tortures, an interview with a guy and random shots of the sky. It certainly doesn’t need to be four hours long, that’s for sure!
The thing about this movie, is some of the torture scenes are just too much, the camera lingers beyond the point where it’s even effective anymore. Watching a guy ply out a girls tooth is very disturbing, but by the time they start pulling out her fifth tooth, we’re kinda over it. Still, there is enough sick torture in this four hour long movie to make anyone sick. I know this cos I skimmed the rest of it to see if it would improve. It doesn’t, but guess what, it’s all on youtube. I’d watch it quick if you are interested, it won’t be on there for long. - DirectorHideshi HinoStarsShigeru SaikiMari SomeiMasami HisamotoAn artist rescues a mermaid in a sewer who develops bleeding sores all over her body, paints a portrait with her oozes and eventually disjoints her.My favourite movie on this list, maybe it’s because it’s the shortest… actually it’s probably because it’s the most beautiful….or is it the most disgusting…
Damn I really struggle explaining this movie. It is without a doubt the best of the Guinea Pig series (so far, I still gotta watch a couple), but at the same time it is so very disgusting, yet oddly sad and beautiful as the same time. A painter finds a mermaid and the sewers from his youth and wants to paint her, but realises she has a growing infection and he might not have enough time to finish the portrait.
Oh god this movie was gross, I mean, there was so much pus and … oh god there were so many worms, I mean hundreds of them. They. Were. EVERYWHERE!!!
But like I said this movie is really touching in a way, with a major WTF ending, trust me, you won’t see it coming.
On a funny note, the guy that plays the painter, his facial reactions were brilliant. His “shock” face looks like he’s having an orgasm, and that provided unintentional humour for me. lol. - DirectorMarian DoraStarsCarsten FrankVictor BrandlTobias SickertAn internet advertisement placed by a man with a cannibalistic obsession brings yields a willing victim to serve up his own flesh in this dramatic account of the crime that shocked the world. In 2001, Armin Meiwes posted on an online forum looking for a man whom he could eat. As crazy as that is, he actually got a response from someone wanting to be the “meat”. This man’s name was Bernd Brandes, and after meeting up with Meiwes, went back to Armin’s house where they proceeded to engage in sexual activities before preparing for the… ahem.. meal. This is all real, not a word of it a lie. That’s the crazy part! You can’t make this stuff up! It was only a matter of time before someone made a movie of this, Marian Dora, a director whom I know almost nothing of, but who had made his/her name in extreme horror history.
If the graphic gay sex doesn’t put you off this movie, the final moments will. This is a movie that I find so hard to rate. I mean, I didn’t enjoy it at all, I don’t even know how to express myself with it. It’s just so……urgh! Bon appetite! - DirectorMariano PeraltaStarsAndrea AlfonsoJulián AlfonzoRodrigo BiancoA young reporter fascinated by the urban legend of snuff movies gets more than she bargained for when her deep research begins. This is why people should never investigate the concept of snuff, bad things happen when you do! We watch a psycho torture some very unfortunate victims and film it. Some of the camera angels make it look like a pseudo snuff movie, and it’s these segments that are so effective and so horrible to watch, especially with one victim being pregnant.
It’s gritty, it’s disturbing, and it contains a number of highly sensitive scenes which will horrify viewers. This movie is generally unsettling with some truly shocking and disgusting scenes which I won’t spoil here. If you are looking for something mean spirited and deliberately nasty, this is it. - DirectorPier Paolo PasoliniStarsPaolo BonacelliGiorgio CataldiUberto Paolo QuintavalleIn World War II Italy, four fascist libertines round up nine adolescent boys and girls and subject them to 120 days of physical, mental, and sexual torture.Director Pier Paolo Pasolini was murdered shortly after this movie was released. That in itself makes it a worthy contender. But the fact that it’s based on the Marquis De Sade’s 120 Days of Sodom, well, that makes it pretty obvious. I guess I could have included this movie in the disturbing list too as it does rub me the wrong way. Perhaps it’s the underage kids that parade around naked, the abuse, the torture and whole depravity of the upper class. Some say this movie is beautiful, but depraved and disgusting is the words I’d use. The graphic torture scenes in the end, the various dialogues, the repeated perversions as well as the scenes where people consume *beep* makes this movie one of the most disgusting I have ever seen. I don’t care if it’s a metaphor for fast food or whatever, that’s just feral! Just thinking about it makes my stomach turn. Yuck! This perverted little movie has been banned everywhere! And it’s exceptionally easy to see why.
- DirectorJimmy ScreamerClauzStarsRuby LaroccaBrandon SlagleJoey SmackA troubled group of children living on the same block are haunted by a talking dog named Labby who brings them on surreal hell-rides between different dimensions and time periods.Split into three sections, yet all connected, we follow the stories of some very disturbed individuals.
Directed by a man that calls himself Jimmy ScreamerClauz, this is without a doubt the most *beep* up animation you will ever see. Think of a taboo. Go on, think of one, I guarantee it’s in this movie. When you think it won’t get any more *beep* up, just keep watching and you’ll be surprised. I’ve never tried acid before, but I think watching this movie might be the closest thing to it. All my sense felts like they were being assaulted. This movie very well traumatised me.
The fact that the animation is really dated too, only makes it seem more creepy, more messed up. This movie is the stuff of nightmares, I was generally afraid while I was watching this. On top of being so graphic and explicit, it is also very disturbing to boot. But the fact that this movie is filled with perverted imagery after perverted imagery, I saved it for this list instead of the former one. If you want to watch a disturbing cartoon, it doesn't get more *beep* up than this. Urgh! - DirectorGyörgy PálfiStarsCsaba CzeneIstván GyuriczaGina MorenoThree generations of men, including a pervert that constantly seeks for new kinds of satisfaction, an obese speed eater and a passionate embalmer.A horror movie from Hungary! You know, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Hungarian horror movie before, or any type of movie from Hungary for that matter. It certainly proved to be an interesting experience. So we watch three generations of really fvcked up men, each generation more crazier than the last. The reason it reaches this list, I mean apart from being one of the weirdest movies I have ever seen, it’s also one of the most vulgar. I particularly struggled with a speed eater, who would vomit quite often. Interesting note about shaz, she is a sympathetic vomiter. If I see someone retching, it makes me retch. Ergo, this movie really made me struggle.
There’s a bunch or other disgusting things going on in this movie too, but I don’t fancy spoiling much. What I did find interesting, was as disgusting as this movie was, the way it was shot was gorgeous, beautiful cinematography. Provided a nice contrast.
I really can’t say much more, I’ll be honest, I don’t have a clue what the movie was trying to say, perhaps it is some kind of Hungarian metaphor. In any case, I had a [eek] look on my face for the most part of watching this movie, so yeah, I place you are number ten!
