- DirectorJose MontesinosStarsAubrey ReynoldsGina VitoriLanett TachelIn the aftermath of a plane crash, a woman fights to survive a pack of killer sharks.(7/10) - With strong performances, a generally good storyline, and suspenseful set pieces, Frenzy proves itself worthy of theatrical shark releases such as The Reef, Bait, and 47 Meters Down.
- DirectorMisty TalleyStarsAllisyn SnyderDave DavisMichael PapajohnA vacation to the Ozarks turns upside-down when bull sharks somehow infiltrate Arkansas' freshwater lakes and wreak havoc on a town's big fireworks festival.(6/10) - Ozark Sharks has likeable characters, fun action sequences, and really good shark death scenes, and is an overall solid, and fun shark movie as a result.
- DirectorGriff FurstStarsRobert AberdeenJayme BohnEliot BrasseauxWhen rednecks on a fishing trip kill a great white shark, its spirit comes back for revenge, and soon turns its sights on the town of Smallport.(6/10) - Ghost Shark has a ridiculous premise, although the cast and crew are proven to know how to use it as Ghost Shark is actually a pretty fun experience thanks to its likeable cast, and unique shark scenes.
- DirectorMisty TalleyStarsCassie SteeleJason LondonMiles DoleacSharks attack a fish rodeo on the Mississippi River, and it is up to a group of locals to stop them.(5/10) - Mississippi River Sharks lives up to its title by having sharks in the Mississippi River, and although the setting is convenient, and the film can be boring at times, the likeable, and funny cast, and upbeat nature make it an overall fun shark movie.
- DirectorJames KondelikJon KondelikStarsJason LondonJessica BlackmoreRobert CraigheadVoracious sharks use human bodies to build dams.(5/10) - Dam Sharks has a ludicrous premise, and not the most interesting characters, although its ironic nature, and fun action sequences still make it a pretty fun shark movie.
- DirectorGriff FurstStarsThomas Ian NicholasLulu JovovichClint JamesA tropical storm floods Soggy Meadows Trailer Park and forces a hungry shark upriver.(5/10) - While the redneck characters in the movie can be annoying at times, Trailer Park Shark still proves to be quite fun with its unique deaths, and scenery chewing washed up actors like Thomas Ian Nichols, Tara Reid, and Dennis Haskins.
- DirectorA.B. StoneStarsRachele Brooke SmithJeff FaheyDavid FaustinoA group of lifeguards attempt to kill an atomic shark that is terrorizing the coast of San Diego.(4/10) - Atomic Shark has its moments, and an intriguing premise, although its cliche'd characters, and story weaken what could be a really fun movie.
- DirectorChristopher RayStarsKarrueche TranJaason SimmonsRob Van DamAs a mutated, three-headed, great white shark eats its way from one end of the ship to the next, the passengers have to fight the deadly predator using anything they can find.(4/10) - 3-Headed Shark Attack has surprisingly good sets, but also has below average acting, a generally uninteresting storyline, and a ridiculous looking creature. However, the film still has some sort of so-bad-its good sort of charm to it, and still can be fun as a result.
- DirectorGriff FurstNathan FurstStarsTony AmendolaBobby CampoRachele Brooke SmithSurvivors of previous shark attacks are hunted by a supernatural shark in their dreams.(4/10) - The premise of Nightmare Shark is honestly pretty interesting, bringing in the survivors from Atomic Shark, and Trailer Park Shark, and the first two acts aren't that bad, although the final act of Nightmare Shark becomes too cliche'd, and boring that it completely ruins the other two acts of the movie, especially with the awful ending.
- DirectorJohn ShepphirdStarsJack ScaliaJeremy LukeJoseph RussoA cast of characters, strikingly similar to the cast of Jersey Shore, try to survive an epidemic of sharks attacking Miami Beach.(4/10) - Seeing Jersey Shore-type characters face off against hordes of sharks is supremely entertaining, although these scenes are too spread out, and lacking that the film feels more like a normal Jersey Shore episode than an actual shark movie, although it nonetheless has its entertaining moments.
- DirectorChristopher RayStarsGary StretchJaleel WhiteSarah LievingA megalodon battles with a crocosaurus causing massive destruction. The US Army has to try and destroy the havoc creating monsters.(3/10) - Mega Shark Versus Crocosaurus has bad acting, production value, and effects. However, it still is quite a bit of fun on a so-bad-its good level.
- DirectorScott WheelerStarsAlexander MendelukKate NautaBenjamin EasterdayAvalanche Sharks tells the story of a bikini contest that turns into a horrifying affair when it is hit by a shark avalanche.(3/10) - Avalanche Sharks has good production value, and there's a lot of self-awareness, and fun to it. However, its below average acting weaken an otherwise fun movie.
- DirectorEmile Edwin SmithStarsEdward DeRuiterJenna ParkerKaiwi LymanA group of scientists at a research facility based in the Arctic battle a breed of sharks that have invaded Arctic waters.(3/10) - Ice Sharks has an interesting premise, and higher production values than other Syfy shark movies, although its boring story, and sub-par acting make it just another average Syfy shark movie.
- DirectorCole SharpeStarsKabby BordersChristina MastersonMichelle CortésA tropical singles retreat takes a terrifying turn when guests realize a poisonous shark is infesting the surrounding water. Not only will it rip apart its victims, but it also uses projectile acid to hunt - in and out of the water.(3/10) - Toxic Shark has potential to be a fun shark movie with its premise, and setting; however, it follows so many shark movie cliche's that it ends up just being boring, and predictable.
- DirectorEmile Edwin SmithStarsChristopher JudgeElisabeth RöhmMatt LaganA new mega shark threatens to destroy humanity. The government creates an exact robotic copy of the shark, either equal to or greater than the original. Now they must fight to the death while people and whole cities get in the way.(3/10) - Mega Shark Versus Mecha Shark is dumb, ridiculous, and cringey. However, it still delivers on a so-bad-its good level.
- DirectorJack PerezStarsLorenzo LamasDebbie GibsonVic ChaoThe California coast is terrorized by two enormous prehistoric sea creatures as they battle each other for supremacy of the sea.(3/10) - Mega Shark Versus Giant Octopus has higher production value than other Syfy shark movies, and has washed-up actors like Debbie Gibson, and Lorenzo Lamas. However, it isn't a fun movie, as most of the movie either takes place in a battleship, or submarine control room, or a government laboratory. It does have some really cool scenes, but those scenes are better looked up on YouTube instead of watching the entire movie.
- DirectorJames ThomasStarsMichael MadsenDominic PaceCaroline HarrisA military vessel on the search for an unidentified submersible finds themselves face to face with a giant shark, forced to use only what they have on board to defend themselves from the monstrous beast.(3/10) - Megalodon has better production value, and acting than most other Syfy shark movies, but unfortunately things can get pretty boring when the entire movie takes place on one single battleship.
- DirectorChristopher RayStarsCarmen ElectraCharlie O'ConnellBrooke HoganSurvivors escape to a deserted atoll, after their boat during a Semester at Sea ship is sunk by a mutated two-headed shark. But when the atoll starts flooding, no one is safe from the double jaws of the monster.(3/10) - The acting is atrocious, the sets, and plot are sub-par, and the effects are below average, but 2-Headed Shark Attack is actually a lot of fun in a so-bad-its good way.
- DirectorMark AtkinsStarsBrandon AuretStephanie BeranLindsay SullivanIn the near future, glacial melting has covered ninety-eight percent of Earth's landmass. Sharks have flourished, and now dominate the planet, operating as one massive school led by a mutated alpha shark.(3/10) - Planet of the Sharks has a really good premise, basically being Waterworld but with sharks, but the execution is unfortunately too bland, and too similar to other Syfy shark movies that it simply comes off as another typical Syfy original shark film.
- DirectorKevin O'NeillStarsEric BalfourIva HaspergerAarón DíazA baby dinoshark evolves into a ferocious predatory adult, terrorising tourists and locals offshore from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.(3/10) - Dinoshark isn't as funny or self-aware as other Roger Corman productions, but it still delivers on a certain level of ironic enjoyment.
- DirectorDeclan O'BrienStarsEric RobertsKerem BürsinSara Malakul LaneA half-shark and half-octopus creature created for the military creates a whole lot of terror in Mexico, while the scientist who helped to create it tries to either capture or kill it.(3/10) - Sharktopus is produced by B-movie master Roger Corman, so it should be a blast. However, since the film isn't as funny as it thinks it is, it simply becomes cliche'd, and ridiculous (and not in a good way).
- DirectorMark AtkinsStarsCorin NemecBrooke HoganVanessa EviganThe residents of a small town team up to kill a group of evolved sharks that can swim in sand, and are terrorizing local beaches.(3/10) - Sand Sharks unfortunately isn't as funny, or clever as it thinks it is, although it still has some enjoyment value on a so-bad-its good level.
- DirectorMark AtkinsStarsJohn SavageJack ArmstrongThandi SebeOn a future earth where 98% of the surface is underwater, a Warlord who controls an army of sharks meets his match when he captures the daughter of a mysterious shark caller.(3/10) - Empire of the Sharks wastes its intriguing premise of a shark controlling psychic warlord by having the movie take on more of a Rogue One-style story than a straight up shark movie.
- DirectorNico De LeonStarsChris BrunoNikki HowardLindsay SawyerShaped like a demented starfish, a monster 5-headed shark terrorizes the open ocean before invading the beaches of Puerto Rico, endangering the once peaceful island paradise.(3/10) - Due to its departure from the isolation feeling of the previous two Multi-Headed Shark Attack films, 5-Headed Shark Attack becomes boring, and repetitive from scene one, although its overall average effects, and entertaining lead character save it from being a complete disaster.
- DirectorChristopher RayStarsIlleana DouglasAmy RiderBrody HutzlerIn search of a new energy source, Russia accidentally reawakens the Kolossus - a giant robot doomsday device from the Cold War. At the same time, a new Mega Shark appears, threatening global security.(3/10) - Mega Shark Versus Kolossus has some of the most ridiculous sequences seen in Syfy shark movies, and that's saying something, although it unfortunately becomes repetitive by the film's final act, making it the worst film in the Mega Shark series.
