- TV SeriesThe world is divided once more. World War II and its aftermath have changed the political and moral landscape again. Personal beliefs are shattered and renewed. - A story of an extraordinary TreFlik Family and their seemingly average life. A 4-year-old Treflik and his 6-year-old sister Treflinka live together with their parents in a little house. One day their ordinary life changes due to the appearance of a mysterious newcomer from a far away universe - Little Uncle. He has many magical powers and remains invisible to everyone except the children. During each episode this new friend takes Treflik and Treflinka on a new adventure visiting distant, desert lands, teaching them how to fly in a magical forest and conjuring mysterious objects. At the same time he helps children familiarize with important values and ideas, such us friendship, respect, support, honesty or tolerance. Laughter, fun and lots of positive feelings are also brought to little Trefliks by their family and friends, among whom there are some very intriguing characters!
- A 6-year-old Astra tries to stop her sister from taking part in a dangerous mission. However, when Anna needs help, the little girl will go into space on her own without hesitation.
- Pedro, a songbird, is born and raised in captivity at Don Jaime's house. In his first birthday, dreams about an owl who suggest him to grow stronger in order to achieve freedom. Pedro eats as much as he can until he is so big that breaks his cubic cage, but he adopts the shape of the cage becoming the first cubic bird in history. Pedro flies away from Don Jaime's home before the very eyes of some other birds, a hamster and a a cactus,and instruct all the birds he cab find to imitate him and get free. In a short period of time many birds mimic his strategy and escape, becoming a new entire species of cubic birds, proclaiming Pedro his national hero. The whole short is narrated in verse, and is based in a non-published children book named "pajarocubo"
- "The Escape" is a classical puppet animation that shows a particular fragment of cruel reality of two characters - castaways saved from an unknown disaster. The story is inspired inter alia by the events of World War II, the accounts of a few people who "have survived their own death" - death that was coming unexpectedly from their neighbors or friends. The events known as massacres and slaughters of people living in villages in Wolyn, Belarus or Jedwabne have influenced the story. They share a common and distinctive motif - burning "wooden piles" - buildings and barns full of people.
- Sandrine's father is the village pastor and is actively helping Jewish people to escape the Nazi regime. She not only has to vacate her room, but also share her parents. Suddenly, Sandrine's father is arrested, and the situation becomes even more dangerous. The policeman Major Dubois makes Sandrine an offer: if she gives him the names and hiding places of the Jews, her father will be freed. Sandrine is facing a tough decision: does she continue on and risk her own life, or does she betray the refugees and thereby help her father.
- Romek (10) lives in the ghetto and is part of a group of smuggler children. From his last run, he brings not only potatoes but also some unsettling news: the residents of the ghetto are to be moved to a labour camp. A race against time ensues - Romek wants to find a way out of the ghetto for himself and his parents.
- Anton (10) no longer wants to be the outsider. All he wants is to join the Hitler Youth, but his father is dead set against it, leading to a huge argument. When Jewish neighbors ask his family for protection, Anton sees what the Nazis are capable of. Confidentially, he goes to his comrades for advice - and lands his father in great difficulty.
- Fritjofs (10) fishing village was occupied by the German army. While his father is at war, Fritjof must contribute to the livelihood of his family. At first, he works for the German occupiers, but the news that his father is missing changes everything. Fritjof no longer wants to accept the situation.
- Calum (15) has lived alone with his mother since the outbreak of the war. His father is a pilot in the Royal Air Force. Instead of wasting his time on air-raid protection exercises, Calum prefers to nick apples and skip school. But then German bombers fly in over his home city and attack.
- Vera (10) loses her home and must go to live in an orphanage on the countryside. While the other children there hope to be adopted and find new parents quickly, Vera believes that her mother is still alive and waits to hear from her.
- Justus (15) is delighted; finally, as a "soldier" he can contribute to defending Germany. He and a handful of other young boys are given the task of holding a village street against the Americans. The order is to "hold until the last man". Justus leads his troops to the designated deployment area. But the "real war" destroys all their hero fantasies. When the American tanks move into attack positions, Justus must decide: does he order the others to fight, despite their enemy's obvious superior strength?
- Eva (14) is already an orphan when she arrives in the Auschwitz concentration camp. She hopes to find her friends there from the Theresienstadt camp children's choir, who were deported before she was. She had accompanied the choir on the piano. Miraculously, she finds Renata, but the former soprano appears to have given up on life. Eva tries with all her might to keep Renata alive. It is her music that gives Eva the strength to keep going, because only that will make it possible for the two girls to escape the hell in which they find themselves. And Eva actually manages to bring Renata back from the edge. But a rescue or indeed liberation from Auschwitz is not yet in sight.
