- A statue of a saint on a cross in a Georgian mining town suddenly vanishes. When a mysterious stranger appears, the superstitious residents believe the saint is now among them.

The awkwardness between siblings is further intensified by the frequent visits of their relatives, who are prejudiced against Anna. They refuse to acknowledge her pain, focusing instead on Niko and helping him cope with his grief. Conversations and dry interaction make us understand that the time has created immeasurable abyss between the two. They struggle to restore their relationship. Endless meddling of the family interrupts the healing process. Anna and Niko don't get a chance to be alone. A long-forgotten cassette player and the melody from their childhood lets the two escape their troubles.
- Michel, a trendy restaurateur and well over 40 is struggling to accept his wife leaving him for a little-known artist. One winter night while driving on the highway he picks up Oksana, a tear-stained girl carrying a bag and a suitcase, who has obviously been thrown out of her home. It occurs to Michel that this may be an omen and this sweet and defenceless girl could be his long-awaited piece of heaven for the sufferings he endured in his family life. However, it quickly appears that Michel's former wife Tetyana, Oksana, her younger sister Olya and their boyfriends are interconnected by the most unexpected of circumstances and are compelled to live practically in the same apartment. All of them are desperately fighting for happiness, using any means available to them: tenderness, sincerity, tears, threats and cruelty. What is going to win: sincere and hopeless love, cold calculation or desperate attempts at self-hypnosis: "Now I'm gonna love you!"?
- A young woman decides to find her house that she has been deprived of at the age of 4 due to the war. The only chance to get to the occupied area is to cross the border secretly. The border barrier, the natural dividing line, the river Enguri, all add up to the artificially-created wire line by Russian Soldiers. In search of her house, the protagonist explores lives of internally displaced persons for 24 years after the war and sinks into the art of existence that seems to be war, rather than peace. In the process, she meets with so-called 'connectors', who help her get to the occupied territory. The story portrays everlasting estranging damage occupation can bring: how it can eradicate the concept of ' home' and the comforting feeling of safety.
- Time has stopped in a little, almost deserted industrial city Chiatura. People, tired of everyday struggling for survival, keep their inertial meaningless existence. In a little, isolated house at the edge of the city live two elderly sisters. Lily (60 years old) works as a Cableway conductor and guides workers from the city to the factory every day. Tatyana (64 years old) is unemployed and mainly is busy doing housework. Despite poor living conditions, their micro world had been idyllic, before Lily got a chance to leave Chiatura, moving in another city with her daughter. On a farewell day tension rises between the sisters. Tatyana still hopes and believes that Lily will change her mind and will not abandon her. At the same time she realizes that it`s the last chance for her to escape from swamp and spend her last years with her daughter.
