She brings him home and soon realizes the only way she can "keep him" is to have the man impersonate a "Royal Nanny" and convince her beautiful widowed mother to hire him. With the clock ticking and his royal family searching for him, the man - whose memory eventually returns to him - falls hard for the girl's mom, and it seems like a Valentines Day dream come true until he's found by his family and is forced to finally stop being a bit of a "toady"... and become a real man. - Sarah finally gets to join her friends at the Highlands Academy when she is accepted into the "Prep Program" for potential students. This seems like a perfect world to her, but becomes the "perfect storm" after she makes a few childish mistakes and her friends feel she is too immature to hang out with them at school. Things get more complicated when her new cell phone with video of a Wannabes rehearsal is taken by Mr. Pesckow. She struggles internally (as evidenced a tiny Angel and Devil who appear above her shoulders) with whether she should tell her friends about her blunder or retaliate for their harsh treatment by letting them get caught. She eventually listens to the Angel and tells them what happened. Desperate not to blow her friends' cover, she helps them concoct a plan to break into his office and retrieve the phone. Things do not go smoothly as the gang discovers her "one of kind" phone is not one of a kind. When they bring a collection of identical phones to her, Mr. Moody reveals he retrieved her phone earlier from Mr. Pesckow.
- Andrew suspects that there's a secret society within the walls of Highlands Academy. He investigates and discovers an underground dance club run by Alan. Alan explains that it's reserved for the best dancers in the school and if the gang wants to join, they have to challenge and beat one of the club's dance crews. After a hilarious attempt to defeat the dance crew, the gang loses but Alan comes to their defense and allows them into the club. But before they can celebrate, Mr. Pesckow arrives and busts them all for having an underground dance club. He then pulls Alan aside, telling him that he only allowed him to have this secret dance club because he's class president but it's not a secret anymore so he has to shut it down.
- Back in Alan's room after the benefactor's Recital, Alan is packing his things when his friends show up to give him moral support. The gang reminisces about Andrew's wacky plans (clips). Noticing Alan's student hand book, Andrew has an idea, rushing out of Alan's dorm, falling down on his way out. We then see clips of the gang falling down. Later that night, Mr. Pesckow, rudely awakened, shows up in his pajamas and a seaweed face mask to tell Alan that he has the right to have a hearing before his expulsion, but admits that it is only a formality and Alan should continue packing. Mr. Pesckow exits and Joseph Schultz reappears, advising Alan to buy a pair of ballet shoes. The next day, the gang waits nervously as Alan has his hearing. They think about all the crazy costumes they had to wear (clips). At the hearing Alan pleads his case and talks about how much he loves Highlands and hopes the board will reconsider their decision. Meanwhile, the gang waits anxiously, unable to imagine Highlands without Alan (we see clips featuring Alan). They can't take it anymore and decide to do something about it. The gang rushes in just as Alan's meeting with the board has ended. They verbally attack Mr. Pesckow for not giving Alan another chance, cutting him off multiple times from talking. Alan finally tells them that he's staying, but he has to re-take music composition and minor in acting and dance. The gang celebrates. Sarah is excited to go ballet shoe shopping with Alan. This piques Alan's interest and he notices Joseph Schultz, nodding approval.

Meanwhile, Stone and Sanchez find themselves drawn into the intriguing case of a murdered teenager found along with his father, a Vietnam veteran, who is severely beaten but still alive. Their investigation leads them to uncover a murderous scam involving vintage cars.
