- Lincoln County, New Mexico. 1881. A young Mexican/Navajo girl. living as a servant in the house of Sheriff Pat Garrett, seems to have the ability to tell a person the exact day they will die. He returns to Fort Sumner on the exact date the girl had told him he would die to have another "session" with the cards. Billy is about to find out just how accurate the girl's predictions truly are.
