- Begins by zooming into a glass pyramid where the four girls are dancing on a square platform in a circle. Each of the four girls represents a different element. The first verse is sung by Brown, who represents fire as she sits in a dark room with fire rolling along the floor. Chisholm is seen levitating above cracked mud inside a room with wooden walls as the floor blooms into plant life; she represents earth. Bunton is wearing a short blue dress with a white coat and is dancing in a blue room under water with reflections bouncing off the walls. Finally Beckham, who embodies the element of air, is seen inside a wind tunnel playing with shiny prisms as they are blown by. All the girls are then seen together in the pyramid watching their respective male dancers (who are seen in each of their solo shots) dancing on the square platform. In Chisholm's solo room, a piece of wood is changed into a white python. Finally by the end of the song, all four girls join hands and form a beam of energy which then shoots out the top of the pyramid clearing up a cloudy stormy sky. The girls embrace in a hug and the video ends.

- Don't Miss The Cup delves head first into the uncomfortable world of fertility. While it's full of laugh out loud moments, it is also a very human story. The story follows five couples. It's D-day for Ali and Scott who are at the clinic to get their results. The other four couples, who've all been having trouble getting pregnant, are there to donate a sperm sample for examination. Infertility is a serious issue and often a heartbreaking one. But these are also the times when its important to try and cling to your sense of humor and what is left, if anything, of your perspective. Don't Miss The Cup is a humorous take on an important subject and a wickedly enjoyable ride through sperm donation.

It continues in this fluid motion up to the intermediate verse when Madonna is shown crawling under the waves and spirals As the song moves towards the bridge again, the scene changes from the mountains to a cityscape. Madonna and her dancers are shown dancing and singing the song on a skyscraper. The video ends with Madonna standing on the building and the camera auto focusing out of the panel.
- The video is similar in concept to that of "Holler" where each of the girls portray one of the four elements. Though this time, Chisholm switches elements with Bunton, representing earth and wearing a green dress. She is shown reclining in a beautiful forest, underneath a large tree. Brown switches elements with Beckham and portrays the element air, dressed entirely in white and dancing in a white room with the canvas walls billowing outwards as if being blown by the wind, while white feathers continuously fall from the sky. Beckham is wearing a dark red dress, representing fire. She is slowly dancing in a barren desert at night, with bursts of fire flaring up behind her. Chisholm plays the part of water, dressed in predominantly blue clothes.

- An urgent smallpox vaccination program is underway in Tannochbrae. Dr. Neil suspects that Mary Thomson's illness remains because she is not taking her medicine. To Brenda's discomfort, Steve arrives at Arden House and for the first time meets Dr. Finlay. Alan Thomson is attacked by his father-in-law. Janet and Angus Livingstone begin to move the last of Dr. Cameron's possessions to his new cottage.
- Angus Livingston and Dr. Cameron have a set to over a prescription the Doctor wrote. As a result of Cameron's scribbles, Angus gave a larger dose that he wanted. Neither agree to back down on the matter and Janet finds herself stuck between them with both expecting her support. Doctor Finlay is concerned when a new arrival in Tannochbrae, Michael, is severely beaten by three local ruffians who believe he is a homosexual. Michael works as a cook for Findlay's childhood friend George Renfrew who is afraid to call the police as it may bring his own sexual preferences into question. George himself has only recently returned, after living in London for many years, to care for his ailing mother and to run her tea room. When Michael is beaten a second time, the truth comes out however.

Angus invites Janet to spend the week-end in Glasgow. Anne Stewart and Dr. Finlay share a quiet moment in the countryside.
- Dr. Napier continues to lament that most of her patients are women and children but John feels it's up to her to establish herself in the community. When she's told that her first patient of the day, Mrs. Kennedy, is a bit of a fusspot she only cursorily checks her son who is anything but cooperative. When she is later called to the house because of his worsening condition, she realizes the boy has diphtheria. Everyone is pleased beyond words when Brenda Maitland, John Finlay's one time fiancée shows up to help immunize the local children. At the chemists, Angus is slowly recovering but seems to have difficulty keeping up with his work. A case in point is the diphtheria antitoxin he has is out of date as he's behind in putting in his order. Their daily trips to the hospital to get a supply has unexpected consequences when they are run off the road by the distraught husband of one of Dr. Cameron's patients.

- Dr. Napier starts to promote women's health issues by holding seminars and giving out information to her new patients. She particularly wants to ensure that they know about various approaches to birth control. Doctor Finlay is supportive but warns her to go slow. Not surprisingly, she gets a somewhat frosty reception from some of the older members of the community but some of the younger women seem more receptive to what she has to say. She also treats Greta Johnstone, someone who for years has suffered humiliation and pain for a condition that can easily be corrected with surgery. Meanwhile, Rhona is quite taken with a handsome young dance instructor but is upset when she sees him kissing someone else.
- When Dr. Finlay is called to the manse by Rev. Derek Gill, he arrives to find Martha Manderston, a teenager, in obvious discomfort on his sofa. Although discreet and avoiding any comment, he clearly comes to conclusions about just what Martha and Gill may have been up to and casts a wary eye on the older, but apparently not wiser, man of the cloth. When Martha comes to visit him at Arden House one evening, he realizes he may have gotten the wrong end of the stick. With Angus ill, Janet arranges for a temporary chemist to take over the shop for a few days. Dr. Napier deals with Mrs. Susan Henderson who panics when she learns that she is pregnant. Her husband has been away and she desperately wants to terminate the pregnancy but can't quite bring herself to tell the doctor. Her solution leads to tragic results.
- Problems begin when a young woman, Millie Cairns, gets chicken pox. Dr. Cameron is sure she had it as a child and can't help but wonder if something odd is going on. While not unheard of, getting chicken pox a second time is not a common occurrence. Cameron visits the mother and gets the truth out of her: Millie is not her real daughter, who died soon after she and her husband left Tannochbrae many years before. This girl is actually her husband's daughter from an affair he had with a woman in Glasgow. When Millie hears of her past she calls everything into question: her impending marriage to the son of one of Tannochbrae's 'top drawer' families and rejecting the woman who raised her. Cameron agrees to help find her birth mother but the information he obtains is devastating. Meanwhile, Janet anxiously awaits the arrival of Doctor Finlay's new partner.
