After another chase trough the harbor, Micahel meets the genius programmer, Vince Batten, who takes his side but doubts if the program explains why the national terrorism risk level is raised by minister Wolbert Allaart. When police comes arrest Michael for questioning, they are both shot at but Michael escapes, wounded.
