His hope and mission is to discover a real talent among the kids at the the academy, which seems nothing but an unlikely dream. The film sketches the lives and tribulations of some of those kids the college girl on summer break, the boys from the neighboring province who only want to do hip-hop and through them we get a real glimpse of what makes Shanghai today a promising big city.
