- A fictionalized account of the life of legendary Wild West sharpshooter Annie Oakley.
- The grandson of rich old cantankerous woman arrives to help take care of her, but she doesn't want his help. Along being chastised by the old woman, he becomes a target of men plotting to get their hands on her money at any cost.
- An miner's boastful letters to his grandson living in the East comes back to haunt him when the youngster announces he will be visiting the old man to learn more about his crime-fighting exploits. When the miner fails to prevent a jail break and causes him to lose face with the youngster, he recklessly decides to chase the escaping outlaws.

- A Judge, who runs a facility to help criminals start over again, has just sentenced an outlaw to hang for his crimes. Now he is threatened by the outlaw's brother if he carries out his verdict.
- An old school friend of Annie's breaks out of jail with two other inmates to go search for the treasure at the mission. She believed his innocence when he was convicted, and still believes him. Now she must help him capture the two inmates who want the treasure.
- A telegrapher's desperate message for help forces two murderous thieves to hide their loot in a box of bicycle parts meant for a pair of intrepid cross-country cyclists. The crooks force the cyclists to pedal their ill-gotten loot out of town, but Annie discovers their scheme and lays plans to capture the killers.
- Annie is called on to help find three men involved in a train robbery. The manager's son tells his father that he's taking over, believing his father is no longer capable of his job.

They lose the trail near the shack of a strange old junk collector who claims to have no knowledge of the robbery or the criminals. Annie doesn't buy the man's story and sneaks into the man's home to search for clues to where the money has been stashed.
- Dance Hall singer Lil Benton witnesses a murder. After being threatened by the killer, Lil heads for Diablo hoping she can hide from certain death.
- When outlaws rob the bank, a young rancher does nothing to stop them from leaving town with the money and Annie want to know the reason why.
- Tagg experiments with hypnosis and has Moose believing he is a dog. Luckily for all, it helps resolve ownership of a mine that villians are trying to claim.
- When orphaned teen Bucky starts hanging out with local tough Mace, a concerned Annie warns his brother Steve. But Bucky defies Steve joining with Mace in a robbery, causing Annie and Lofty to head after them.
- Les Clinton, alias Texas Sandman, comes to Diablo ready to retire from gunfighting and marry local teacher Marge. He befriends Annie who aids him when the Yanceys arrive seeking revenge against the weaponless Clinton.
- Della envies Annie's freedom and trick riding skills. When the rodeo comes to town, Della's father refuses to allow her to meet her boyfriend, one of the best competitors. When Della decides to run away, she falls under the sway of an unsavory couple, who agree to return to the ranch to retrieve her clothes. Actually, unintentionally armed with information Della has provided, the crooks plan to rob her father.
- Annie has to come to the aide of the widow Malloy and her son Dave when they are being threatened to sell their land or suffer more of the same treatment.
- Annie doesn't believe the man Lofty arrested for the hold up is the right man. She goes behind Lofty's back to prove he's wrong, which gets her into trouble with Lofty.

- When he is unable to save his own father, Diablo's town doctor loses his confidence in himself. It's up to Annie to convince him that Diablo needs him and that you must get right back up when you're knocked down.
- A young man returns to Diablo after attending medical school and his father, the manager of the local express office, spends lavishly to build and equip an office for the young man to begin serving Diablo as its much needed doctor. Unknown to his father, the son fell in with bad company while at school and flunked his medical examinations and, to make matters worse, owes a crooked gambler a large sum of money.
- A retired army officer who has been recalled to active duty in Washington decides to sell his valuable ranch for less than market value just to be rid of the property. He places advertisements in every major newspaper west of the Mississippi seeking buyers. His advertisement not only attracts men interested in real estate, but outlaws who are interested in the large sums of cash the buyers are carrying.
- Lofty has jailed Hugo but he won't reveal the location of the stolen loot. Annie thinks if they let Hugo escape they can trail him but they don't count on him kidnapping Tagg. Tagg, as a hostage, makes Hugo's life miserable.
- Lofty and Annie become concerned when homesteaders are forced to sell their spreads cheaply because of rustlers, poisoned waterholes and cut fences. Annie tries to find out if the land-grab has anything to do with an earthquake that rocked to area immediately before the crime wave began.
- After years of fruitless prospecting, old Scissorbill Childers finally strikes it rich and decides to use his new-found wealth to open a bank to grubstake other prospectors who are searching for gold and silver. New found wealth always attracts criminals so Lofty has his hands full trying to thwart claim-jumpers and swindlers. To make matters worse, the government assayer determines that Childers' gold ore comes from the same claim as that of a murdered prospector.
- With an outlaw at large and the Sheriff searching for him, trouble arrives in the form of a fake sheriff, a drunk, and a senseless murder.
- Link and Evie Tabor have been struggling, working their ranch, ever since Link was injured in a rodeo mishap and confined to a wheel chair. But if that wasn't hard enough, now the Tabors are being threatened by outlaws.
- After Annie thwarts a bank robbery attempt, young Smiley Douglas decides it would be a great joke to pretend to rob the bank the very next day without benefit of a weapon. Lofty fails to see the humor in the practical joke, but sets the man free. The outlaw gang who bungled their earlier attempt trick the trickster into helping them rob the bank yet again.
- Legendary lawman Clay Griffin is losing his eyesight and refuses an operation despite Annie's pleading. Johnny Storm and the Murdocks commit robbery which leads to Clay's brother Frank being shot. Annie and Lofty accompany Clay when he calls Johnny out.
- While rummaging through an old trunk, Tagg and his friend Johnny Ward, the son of a murdered lawman, find evidence that they believe proves his uncle is an ex-convict and may be part of the outlaw gang who recently robbed Diablo's bank.
- Duke and his gang frame Scott plus kidnap Linda to keep him from proving his innocence. Annie and Lofty must stop a lynch mob lead by Howard, save Linda while proving Duke's guilt with Tagg's ventriloquism helping.
- When a section of the territory is opened for settlement, Ralph and Mary plan to race in the land rush and claim a fertile piece of land Mary's father discovered in his travels years before. When Ralph is brutally beaten by a pair of crooks who are aware of the land's value and plan to claim it for themselves, Annie and Lofty decide to enter the race and stake a claim for the young couple.
- A elderly sharpshooter, Snowy Kringle, arrives in town for show where he will demonstrate his skill with a flintlock rifle and cap-and-ball pistol. The man who is charged with delivering the Army payroll warns the Deputy Sheriff that the old sharpshooter is really a crook and is probably after the payroll. When the express office is robbed, all the evidence points to the old man, but Annie suspects he's been framed for the crime.
