Mo (2022)
Great show-please ignore the negative reviews
New prospective to life where I find it relatable to me, I liked how it's an Arab show done right, authentic and real Arab. And the cherry on top is that I recognised Farah (Mo mom) from before when I was a teen, it's so good to see her acting on Netflix.
I liked it and I want more, waiting for season 2!
Grace and Frankie: The Beginning (2022)
Adventures are await for Grace and Frankie..
Tearful goodbye to this amazing show, I liked the ending of Grace, Frankie, Sol, Robert stories, as it's what I wished would happen, seeing them together happily accepting what life throws at them, while the daughters and sons deserved better ending, they had great storylines throughout the series, it kinda unfair for these characters to start from zero, it didn't make sense.
Prsonally I believed the show had more seasons still to offer, but it still ends nonetheless.
I will be waiting for jane fonda and lily tomlin collaboration in any future projects, you got us hooked girls!
A Nice Girl Like You (2020)
Dreadful film.
This film was all over the place, has no guid or purpose whatsoever, the events were just so sudden, and to top it off the acting was below average. Don't bother watching it.
Lucifer: Partners 'Til the End (2021)
Perfect ending.
Let's just say that I cried my eyes out, I liked that they didn't go softie with the finale, borke my heat but I love it.
Thank you all for the amazing show and lovely moments that will stay with me forever.
The Chair (2021)
That's Really How Academia works.
As a young faculty member, and woman this pressure really happens, and for the first time I see my self in a show.
I do wished it was longer, it feels like they rushed it and squeeze it in only 6 episodes.
Last Christmas (2019)
Amelia Clark was a misfit
Its a Weird movie, the story is missing something, it's not connected, lines starts out of no where, suddenly she had heart transplant, and her mother from Jugoslavija!
Emelia tried to be the daughter who acts out but I couldn't buy it, total misfit.
Lucifer: Bloody Celestial Karaoke Jam (2021)
Netflix way to ruin a great show
Netflix had to have a musical episode whether we like it or not, I don't know what where they thinking shoving weird song that doesn't fit.
I used to love the show songs, they were carefully chosen, (I will survive, my way, Eternal flam, All along the watchtowers, Sinnerman..ets),I enjoyed every bit of it.
Then they come up with this episode, Why Netflix?
Emily in Paris (2020)
Surprisingly Fun!
Light, fun,and good for day time, just don't come with big expectations,
Good Witch (2015)
Fine but annoying AF!
The characters either so calm all the time or twisted and have hidden intentions all the live long day!
And the tow parties are just fine and happy, while magic is doing the work for everyone.. I wanna puke
You can take a seson or few episodes until the dumbness of this show gets under your skin.
Never Have I Ever (2020)
Relevant, light, fun and deep at the same time
I'm a brown girl in my late 20s yet this show somehow feels relevant to me. I know exactly her feelings, been there, done that all of it, and I think that what's makes it special. Also, it tackles major issues including suffering the lose of a loving parent as a teen.
Great job!
Anne (2017)
The Perfect Show.
I cried throw the whole season, from sadness, happiness and joy! What a brilliant acting from all the cast. The final episode was exactly what is should be, However this show still has huge potential, Netflix should renew it!
Virgin River (2019)
The most avarage show you well ever see.
Don't bother, nothing new but a selfish main characters who found themselves in "meh" love story.
Sex and the City 2 (2010)
facts are facts, you should not be offended by them
Let me start by saying I'm an Arab woman and I certainly know that what this movie presented was facts, and I really appreciate seeing a movie talk about the real lives we arab women actually have to bear with. .
Before watching the movie I read the comments and I expected to be offended, yet I laughed, seeing this much of reality does please me, I'm a proud Arabia woman but the truth must be told.
