Anazâ (2012)
Consistently Amazing, What A Spectacle
For serious horror and mystery fans this was one of the best animes. I did watch the English dub which for once is well made. Loved the suspense, and there are massive twists in nearly every episode, the reason why it isn't a 10, is generally for the reason that it seems to get slightly lost in the twists. However, it retains a sense of purpose, and gives on at being tense and suspenseful
I wish that there was more, but some of these kind of programs just need to be left as a classic.
Thank You Japan!
Doctor Who: Resolution (2019)
Liked, but the Dalek Design was annoying!
The main problem with this episode was the slow pacing and the Dalek reveal nearing at 40 mins the way through was just a bit of tin put together-just great!
The acting was sub-par, Jodie Whitaker as always making the best out of a dire script, still wish they thought of maybe bringing more than one classic enemy on this episode, in this case it could had been, The Master, Daleks, and Cybermen.
It wasn't the worst, but needless to say that this program now has a Political Correct Agenda, that's just destroying the foundations the Doctor Who Origin Story, fundamentally it will lead to the downfall to the show. My suggestion, is to ignore most of S11, as it was a waste of time and energy for the most part.
I look forward for the shows return in 2020, hoping that they can fix the mistakes made....
Krypton (2018)
Originally enjoyed then boredom...
I loved the show until episode 8, when I kinda just felt that there wasn't enough action, and it was just acting like a soap opera, it lost my attention quickly, I think what they tried to do was good, but the execution was poor, and some the plot points ended up quite cliche. I would be happy to watch this as I love the DCEU, but this was just dry.
I understand that it's cool to have an origin story to Superman, which is way better than Supergirl, but they needed to think of more plot twists. Possibly the main reason I disliked the show was because of the lack of action. I think the budget and production values are good, but they needed more set-pieces and intrigue than just relying on peoples attention spans. Maybe it's just me, but this isn't as good as other sci-fi programs I've seen. I would had rather seen another series of 'Dark Matter', another amazing show from this company than this.
I'm out on this... won't be coming back for Series 2!

A Snow White Christmas (1980)
Good animation, just some really crap voice actors
Story was really good, but the voice actors sounded wooden, and although the animation was good it was at some points clunky. If you like Tom and Jerry, or Scooby Doo style animation and story you will love this.
I enjoyed it, but I wouldn't be watching this again, anytime soon...
Doctor Who: The Battle of Ranskoor Av Kolos (2018)
Ok, but not great
Could had brought a better villain back than TIM SHAW! For crying out loud, who cares about the story if for one minute, the writers actually wrote something interesting.
Here's hoping the New Year's Day Special will be better, than this, and last week, with a fricken frog! Who does that kinda of sloppy writing.
Improvements needed, but at least its a slight improvement from previous lows in the season.
Doctor Who: The Witchfinders (2018)
Good but not great,
I think that this episode had the monsters sorted, most of the acting was good, apart from the companions, still fill quite wooden. Writing seems to be fixing slightly but there still simplistic episodes without the scares of previous doctor who seasons.
Doctor Who: Kerblam! (2018)
Finally an actually good episode
This was a good episode, with less of political focus, and more focus on the scary Kerblam! Robots. The episode had moments of being one of the best of recent seasons. Much better than any Capaldi episode, but still not as good as any Matt Smith nor David Tenant episode.
Finally the series is Doctor Who
Doctor Who: Arachnids in the UK (2018)
Great Monsters but...
A good episode of doctor who, but does DW really need these liberal political undertones. It doesn't add anything to The Doctor or her companions, in fact it's the main theme which is ruining this regeneration. They need to forcus, less on history, racial or political themes, and more on the science fiction.
This is one big mess at the moment, I don't know whether it's worth watching anymore.
I actually think this might be the end of DW, by changing gender roles, and actually creating a world full of controversy, its not allowing any the characters to develop, the high production values are just covering the numerous mistakes made.
Change is good in some cases, but this is proving that this new era of DW, might be its downfall.
Doctor Who: Rosa (2018)
Best out of a bad bunch
Disappointing to say that this is where the series has peaked, but the subject matter, is way too serious for a family show, better luck next time.
The Doctor, has improved, but the writing is dreadfully tedious and quite cliche.
It was an enjoyable episode, but there have been many better episodes. I gave ep1 a 1 out 10, so this is quite a significant improvement but in my opinion the 'Ghost Monument' was better and was actually engaging.
To say the least, this Doctor is having a rough time settling in, maybe it's the editing killing this show, maybe it's the new music, but maybe it's just the massive tonal shifts, the writers are just trying so artificially hard to please the Polictical Correctness gang it's becoming quite dull, and uninteresting, hopefully it will improve....
Doctor Who: The Woman Who Fell to Earth (2018)
Heavily Flawed
Everything feels forced, and it's giving off vibes from Sarah Jane Adventures. Production, and aliens good, but the Sunday broadcasting time shows that it is expected to flop, its just not the Doctor we were all hoping for.
Hopefully, next series, will bring a new doctor, and maybe better casting choices. As this is just disappointing for Doctor Who. Too much money wasted on a project which doesn't really have a place, next it will Jane Bond, instead of James Bond. The world has gone nuts!
The Dangerous Book for Boys (2018)
Simply Amazing
Love every bit of this show. Has good moral messages, suprisingly similar to 'The Durrells'. Worth the watch. The acting and script were brilliant
If you are thinking of watching, be open-minded, and some of humour, more adult orientated will go over young people's' head
Have fun watching this series.
Fingers crossed for season 2!
